The Owner Terry screamed at me in front of all our soccer team players for no reason- he was rude, condescending, and it was actually a scary experience. He got right up in my face- family friendly?! NO WAY. I get they are understaffed but there’s no excuse for that kind of behavior. None of the parents on our soccer team will ever eat here again.
On April 3rd I ordered to go: country fried chicken with white gravy mashed potatoes and vegetables. I was charged a different price(higher) than the price on the website. I also ordered cajun chicken pasta. The vegetables were really delicious and seasoned well. The white gravy wasn't very flavorful. The fried chicken was ok and the mashed potatoes were ok. I got feed back that the Cajun chicken pasta was ok.
If I knew how to use the word ambience...I could describe the energy of the staff and customers that seem to be exactly where they want to be.We have dined in a few times but mostly get takeout.The food has always been great and consistent..........I hope you understand that comment.....seems to have more meaning if we continue to be patrons.
This place is MUCH bigger inside than we expected. Plenty of seating and tvs...perfect for watching sports. I had the grouper fingers which were delicious! I would just like to see more cocktails on the menu, but if you're a beer lover you have plenty of options.
Food is Ok but, they nickel and dime you for everything. Side of ranch was almost $2, split a meal and they charge you a split plate fee of $2.50, ordered the chicken fried chicken with the gravy on the side...charged for a side a gravy. Really?? I didn't order extra, I just ordered it on the side. The split plate fee is a peeve of mine...I didn't get extra food, just wasn't hungry enough for a full meal. I don't plan on returning unless it's just for a beer.
Blown away today by Phoebe’s service!!!!!! We had a private party today that was originally supposed to be a party of 17 but turned out to 27. Phoebe was EXCEPTIONAL. She never wavered, never fretted and we ran her butt off. I hope our entire party too as good care of her as she did us! Love love love! Terry, thanks babe!
Had high hopes after finding this place but left disappointed.The food was OK/average to maybe slightly above average. Lots of selection on the menu but nothing at the table was overly impressive taste wise. The kids menu are a joke for the amount of food you get (Maybe 6 or 7 French fries with the burger)My biggest complaint was the $1 charge for a tiny cup of ranch. I ordered ranch to go with a buffalo chicken sandwich (which didn't come with any) and was charged $1. Wife ordered some for her meal and $1 as well (keep in mind the kids chicken finger meal came with none and was offered no sauce).will probably stick to other places that have just as good sandwiches/burgers/fish tacos and don't charge insane amounts for sauce
Place and vibe is good. Food is great! Waiters are patient and responds quickly. Good place to hangout.
great casual family dining experience. portions are big, and the prices are very family friendly.And tons of tvs if you want to watch a game while you eat. my go to is usually the new orleans grouper with spicy creole sauce and bite sized crawfish nestled on top. But this time, i switched it up and went for the mahi fish tacos. they were huge and fantastic. Service was great and servers were very friendly and welcoming as usual.
Excellent food and service. The arcade was great too. Prices were good. Place was clean. Would recommend this place.
