All the flavors were on point for the items we ordered. Samosa Chat was perfectly spiced and unique, in that this particular place uses a lot of aromatic sauce over the top of the pastries. Don't know if it was cooked in a tandoori and then stewed, but the goat dish I ordered was the least gamy and tenderest I've ever had and the sorrel added a unique flavor that I haven't had in a curry. Wife's chicken dish (I believe Chettinadu) was also on point. Wait staff was friendly and honest about what to order (and what not to order). If you pay in cash, they discount the bill by 5%. Only critique I might have would be to tell customer upfront. I was lucky enough to have the cash. We will be back.
I don't like criticizing restaurants, that's a TOUGH business. But-My first visit last week I ordered a MUTTON biryani here. I asked the counter person did they offer real MUTTON biryani? Yes, mutton biryani.My biryani was bagged with two other entrees and some appetizers.When I got home and opened the bag, my order had 'goat' written across the lid and it was, indeed goat. The other dishes were very good, but I am the one who organizes the family's orders; I am the one going to the restaurant and picking up the orders?The counter person's ignorance or intentional inaccurate statement is a disqualifier for any of my future business. Food service providers exist on trust and fail without it.
I highly recommend this one. Most of the time I order take out from here. But today I went for dine in there. Great food, very delicious as usual. The consistency of the quality is what I love the most. Also the hospitality in taking the order and serving in time was simply awesome.Veg Mancho soup has been my favorite one of late. Needless to say Gobi Manchurian, biryanis are their signature dishes ??
We ordered bone less chicken biryani and majestic chicken. Biryani tasted very stale and Majestic chicken is very hard to bite. Im not going to order from this place ever.
Just had a great experience dining in at Bawarchi Indian Cuisine. Food was great and staff went above & beyond to take care me. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. ???
Customer service at cashier is not Customer friendly.Placed an order in there website chose pickup option with doordash. Went to store to pick up and gave my name the person at cash counter searched and asked what did you order. I told the items. Fair so for. then he is said I should have said doordash instead of my name. I asked how would I know that before. If I were there in the cash counter, I would have told the customer - it would be helpful or easy to get the pick your order by explaining the same things.Yes as store person you might have seen so many use cases. But from customer perspective it might be the first time (that's my case) . If I was running the business I would consider the new customer in every use case I'm adding to my business. Because that describes my intention to serve new customers which is the path to my growth.
One of my worst dishes ever. I ordered manchow soup. it should be manchow oil. because soup was missing in the box of oil.panneer 555: its better i could just have had panner as it would have tasted better.vegetarian food we can cook better food at home. dont waste your money if you are vegetarian. Byriani s are fine.
,Mine 2022 has been started worst i had dinner last night at bawarchi,i went Bawarchi for dinning with family, every item i ordered those all items are very bad taste ,and last worker came for payment or (cheque)he gave me IPAD for put some tip ,i never seen this type of think its all up to customer to put tip ,but here they give customer to put forceful tip this is disguesting i never had seen thisIn my entire life ...,i consider they should change tip protocol (rules).???
We usually do take out here !! But today came for dine in !!The ambience is not hep but simple but very very clean . The restroom are as clean as it is our houseWe had ordered the chicken sweet and sour soup and it’s really spicy and too tasty .Loved the tandoori platter ! It’s toooo good ! Don’t leave the restaurant without trying . As always the biryani is awesome !!The servers too are so friendly and made sure we sat at place that was not affected by cold . Loved it and will always come back . Thanks
I placed an online order and picked up from the restaurant.The foods are not fresh and looks like old.The taste of the foods are really bad.I ordered 3 times and they missed one item. I talk to customer service many times and asked for the refund of money, still they are not refunding the money back.It is very unfortunate for me and I don't like this restaurant. I really disappointed. I will definitely not give 1 start also.
