Worst customer service. A bunch of children working there and running around in the back while customers are waiting.

I would like to visit basket Robins in another site and there service was awesome and this store i feel like they don't need customers and even they won't consider customer requests. They will do whatever they want and the quantity they will serve is not deserved when we compared to other stores. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN....
The location was dirty. There was mold in the drink coolers. Spilled ice cream all over the freezer. Teenage staff standing around or worried only about drive thru orders. Tried to order an ice cream sundae and the employee didn't even know what ice cream was which even though I had pointed it out several times and tried to put hot caramel on top of whipped cream? The staff clearly isn't trained and there is no adult oversight. They didn't even have the right size cups so the employee tried putting a Sundae in the kids cup and it was going to be a huge mess. I walked out.
Milkshakes are good. Drive here from Alpharetta twice per week for about the last year. Service is always lackluster but today was different. Got my usual chocolate milkshake thru the drive thru but it looked odd. So I pulled around to park and take it back inside. The gentleman at the encounter said they had been out of chocolate so this was odd. Turns out they were out of chocolate and someone had made mine with a mixture of vanilla and hot fudge. He offered to make me another. I obliged. He was very apologetic and made sure I was happy as I left. I will be back but only because of him... and the usually great shakes.
I ordered a scoop of ice cream via the drive thru. As I approached the window, I noticed that somehow the scoop of ice cream fell out of the cup and onto the metal ledge. The worker (young guy) used the spoon to flick the ice cream back in the cup and attempted to serve it to me! How disgusting?! Not only are we in the middle of a pandemic - this is outright unsanitary & nasty. I will NEVER visit this store again!

Coffee was perfectly blended. Food was fresh. The service was great.
I will never go back to this location again; for one, I've noticed it's not kept very clean. In addition, the service is bad. I went to get ice cream recently and was charged more than the posted sign said. Once of the young workers tells me it's a corporate thing and his manager is responsible to changing signs not him, which was rude and sarcastic.It's not mine, nor any other customer's concern who is responsible for changing your signs in your store, the prices you post should be honored.
