Lunch yesterday. Chicken salad delicious! But I ordered it on toasted bread and it was not. Also had to go back and ask for a knife because it was not cut in half. Girl behind the counter said they couldn't cut it because it contains nuts which are a choking hazard. I had to keep from laughing. I was just seriously annoyed at her blatant stupidity and told her nuts are a chocking hazard FOR CHILDREN whether the sandwich is whole or cut! And I don't know how this location got an inspection score of 100 last November given that the floor is disgustingly sticky, so much so that every customer squeaks from their shoes sticking to it when walking. Also, there were at least 5 people (teens?) working behind the counter, we were the only 2 customers, yet almost every table was dirty. I later saw the only older adult present cleaning the tables.

Not a fan of this location after visiting. The food was okay but below average of my expectations of most Arby's restaurants. Drive-thru was also very slow. Usually I like the food a lot more and Arby's is usually my #1 go-to for fast food because of the taste of the food and amount of options. Why did this Arby's recently get remodeled again? The building looked really nice before the recent remodel and to me the new restaurant building look just looks really, really awful. I wish this location would serve food like the other Arby's locations I've been to. If you're in this area I would certainly pass on this location and go to the Panera across the street or even the Wendy's next door if you're in a hurry.

I have to give one star, not due to the great food and excellent hard working crew, but due to Arbys Corporate not able to staff the store lobby for inside ordering and dining at lunchtime. If you spend the right amount per hour on labor that the current job market requires you can staff the store properly. You have three fast casual competitors about 1 mile away to your east spending 12 to 14 bucks an hour with no problem staffing their stores. A real disgrace at lunch to be drive thru only. Customers should not tolerate this insult and inefficiency and be outraged.

I love Arby’s don’t get me wrong but this location constantly lets me down. One day you come up and the lobby is open and you’re able to go in and eat and the next day it’s locked up tight. I have a child with me today that really needs to use the restroom and is incredibly hungry and so am I. Yet they have the lobby closed again at 2:40 in the afternoon. There are three cars parked in the parking lot and no one in them so I know that they are inside. If they’re letting buddies in or other people in to eat then they need to let everyone in to eat. This location as lost my business and everyone’s business that I tell. I’m sorry but that’s just how it is.

To start off whoever was working drive thru on 04/12/2022 closer to 9 pm , worker was very rude. Kinda rushing you to order. On top of that wasn’t polite at all. Practically throws the food in your face. I ordered mozzarella sticks. It comes with marinara sauce , was NOT in the bag. The fries were hours old. They were really hard. We waited 10 minutes for that. I work in the fast food industry and we always ate polite and serve good food. Was very disappointed, will be going to the Dawsonville abrys next time.

I can’t review the food because I didn’t receive any. This review is about having mobile ordering open while the store is not. The hours listed here ARE NOT CORRECT. Their website will still allow you to place an order even after they are closed and they will not refund you.I placed a mobile order from this Arby’s on 3/7/22 around 10:15 pm. Their website listed them as open, and their website allowed me to place the order. The hours on google maps were listed as open as well. When I got there ten minutes later they had long since been closed for the night. I contacted someone in customer service the next day via their online contact form and they got back with me on 3/11 stating he could not refund my card because it was a “non reloadable visa gift card.” I used my visa debit card. I have gotten many refunds to this card. He offered me a gift card. I have no desire to return to Arby’s after this incident so I said no thanks, and that he needed to try to refund my money again. No response. It has been over 3 weeks since I’ve heard anything. I called customer service this morning and the woman I spoke with told me that she couldn’t do anything because the case was already started but if they’re not doing anything about it for over 3 weeks then I don’t know what else to do. This is obviously a problem if you’re not going to change your hours to when you’re open. It shouldn’t be that hard to shut off mobile ordering if you’re not open. I need someone to contact me because clearly nothing else I’ve tried is working

Only reason for two stars is that the food WAS the right order, and it wasn't bad, but as for the customer service, that was another thing...whoever was working the intercom was saucy, rude, and obviously didn't have any good communication skills. Acted incredulous that I asked for some extra barbecue sauce. If you want customers to come back, maybe you should try harder to treat your customers with some respect.

I went for lunch the other day. I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Everything tasted fine. The bread was a little dry. Curly fries were great as usual.

I love Arby's food. Their Jalepeno bacon ranch wrap is a must try and their customer service was better than other Arby's I went to.
