WORST LOCATION!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Savannah was rude and grim faced all night. She was late with our drinks and app (had to remind her twice) which is odd because was not busy at all. She also forgot to apply most of our order correctly. She even stood around talking to her coworkers and pointing at us and I let her know that my friend, brother, and I would all be leaving her a review. ODDLY ENOUGH, they beat us to it… Unusual folks. So all of those reviews about her being great are posted by her coworkers. This place is WEIRD AND RUDE!
TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!Manager (short caucasian man) is beyond rude and disrespectful. He was just hanging around with staff and not even acknowledging us while we came in waiting at the door. So, we eventually had to seat ourselves. Afterwards, as we looked through the menu, we could literally hear him and Savannah (server) speaking bad about us and other customers from the previous tables. We left and will never ever return!!! My husband and I are disappointed 100%!!!!
This is a great place to come with a party of 40 at around 9:30p or 10p on a weeknight.
Absolutely disappointed... first of all, we went there for Irresist-a-bowls and whatever we ordered, they were out of it and had to forcibly go for different options. Also there was one bowl which is broccoli Alfredo Mac n cheese, but the worst part was the pasta was so dry and no cheese at all. The worst part of it all was, there was one dish that came a broken and dirty looking plate, which totally killed the appetite of even eating the dish. Quantity was less and a BIG NO for my next visit for sure. The waiter had no clue and when I mentioned about the plate, he asks if I wanted to talk to manager. But I was too frustrated even to talk to anyone there and just get out of that place. Just a waste of money..
TERRIBLE service!!!! Extremely disappointed!! I go with my family pretty often to this place. Today for some reason our order was never entered into their system and it was never ready. Server came back to us after he noticed the whole situation, he went to his manager, she came to us and ask us if we wanted some chips and cheese and said that they were trying to put our order in between the other ones….TRYING????? They should make our order go first right away.. and asking if we wanted courtesy chips??? She shouldn’t ask in first place…. We ended up leaving after 1+ hour wasted.. I can’t stand with that manager’s lazy attitude…. Besides thighs that she doesn’t know how to manage…BTW our server was nice with a very different and good attitude…
Just had dinner here. The service and food were excellent. Jessica was fantastic and very on top of everything! They had a fryer down, and she put in the extra effort to try and time things to make everything go smoothly. Excellent location!
Fun late night place. We had a great bartender! Good drinks and apps!

Came in after work to have a beer. The bartender had 3 people sitting at her bar. All the tables around the bar were empty. The dining room itself was probably aboud full. I was denied sitting at the bar for a beer. I was told I had to wait 45 minutes. When I asked I can't go in and have a beer at the bar no ma'am you have to wait 45 minutes so I asked to speak to a manager cause I go in frequently for lunch 3 times a week my husband and I. I was told no you cannot speak to our manager hes too busy. So I left and I Called back to speak to a manager and was once against denied to speak to the manager. Applebee's running commercials like crazy on the television.. Come where everybody knows your name That's hilarious. Understand now why they're hurting for business. Please if you're reading this go somewhere else you work hard for your money spend it with a company that's worth it.
My wife n I went to see 10pm movie in Cummings after leaving the theater she just wanted a drink before we went to the Hotel. We arrived at Applebee's at 12:40pm the bartender greeted us to let us know it was last call, I told her my wife just wanted to go to the bar to get a drink. She told she made last call as well and turned us down. After noticing several customers still there we were very disappointed to get rejected for service by the bartender. We eat at Applebee's all over GA and they never refuse service at the bar at that time.
