great customer service and food
Usually when I order the fried pickles from other Zaxby’s they are fresh, a little crispy and hot. These fried pickles are soft and lumpy…. Ugh… SMH!!Next time I will listen to my daughter and go somewhere else. Guys come on ….. people work to hard for there money and most of all they really would love to Patronize your Restaurant…. What ever happened to go customer service. It starts with Management…!!
I would give no stars if at all possible but since you have to give one to leave a review here we are! Spent almost $50 on over cooked food the fries were hard & so was the chicken! I had my chicken tenders tossed in hot honey mustard and you could still tell it was super dry! Definitely need a better cook the food was not worth the money spent!
I’ve been waiting for months for this store to clean up its act… and it’s still neglecting the little things. I still have an issue, especially during the first two hours of day, getting unsweet tea. The problem as of the past few months is getting Honey Mustard instead of Zax sauce for my chicken tenders. I ALWAYS get Zax sauce in my tender plat, regardless of my selected sauce. I’ve began to order and pay for extra sauces so I can have at least those two I paid for with my meal. Of course now the last two visits, they still give me Zax sauce (though ticket clearly says Honey Mustard) in my plate, but they have not given me those two I paid for additionally!!! It’s not worth the stress this place causes me. I give up as manager is unapproachable and condescending. Bye bye!
More misses then hits here, the chicken was cold and 90 percent of time is cold, today's chicken fingers were tough and cold, sauce was sweet on top of the wimpy which I use never experienced. The drive thru was not busy.The survey part of receipt was removed so have to leave review here. Spend too much on this low of quality food.
Good but a bit salty with the chicken fingers and bland cole slaw. The rest of it was really good. Customer service was fantastic.
This zaxby's is always fresh and everybody is always pleasant you can tell they like their job I will continue to go here
The chicken was hot and fresh. The cole slaw was cold and tasted freshly made. The French fries were hot and just the right cut and doneness. I was so satisfied!! I will definitely be back soon.
The forgot my straws and they didnt give me my other meal I paid for.?
The service was excellent & the staff was so nice. Definitely will be returning.
