I should have known this location has gone downhill by the empty parking lot and 1 car in front of me at 12:45 ! This location used to have cars lined up out into the street. I took one bite of the Signature sandwich, it was rubbery and fries soggy. I took it back and they gave me a new burger but same soggy fries. I couldn’t figure out why it tasted so salty but they probably added salt to spite me for asking for what I paid for. I wasn’t mean or anything, just told them My food was cold. I can eat Lays salt and vinegar chips all day long with no issues. Has this happened to anyone else? They got me good! I feel awful, thirsty, bloated, and it’s hard to breathe! It’s sad, I love Zaxby’s ?.
No complaints, we were pretty much the only customers there, but we got our food quick and it was good.

We Grubhub a few times a week but the last 4 times Zaxby's has been to lazy to read a invoice and the driver to lazy to check the order. Is it that hard to put correct sauce and silverware in a freaking bag?
I ordered two salads which were absolutely delicious but they left out my salad dressing and we waited over 25 minutes.
Picked up a Cobb salad and boneless wings for our lunch. Just what she wanted for lunch. Everything was good and service was prompt. Walked in only 3 person inside ordering.
food was fresh & hot, beside the fries which could have been cooked a little more, they were kinda raw. but overall great service & food!
Everyone has a freaking attitude problem at this place. The one overweight girl with the red hair and all the tattoos at the window. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Messed up our drink orders twice!!!
Like this particular location. Always receive gr8 customer service. Staff is always friendly and place is always clean.
