I've gotten bigger nuggets then their tenders are, raise my price but don't take my food away.
This is the BEST Zaxby's in Covington Georgia. They came through for the cast of Nick Canon's Wild N Out, not once... but TWICE. The team members are friendly, efficient, and reliable. I can trust this location to communicate and get the job done. THANK YOU & s/o to Mary.
The general manager, Mary Fretwell, is very ghetto and nasty. Definitely wouldn’t go here. I worked here for about 2 weeks. All of the employees are just awful to customers and purposely mess up food for people who get on their nerves. No one uses gloves when handling food. The manager tried to dodge paying me and I still am not fully compensated. It’s filthy in there, good luck to any future employees or customers.

Huge catering order right before us. Delayed is getting food quickly. Salon resulted in cold, limp fries. And I generally love the fries. Probably better if did have the catering order. Staff was doing their best.

It’s pathetic to pay nearly $13 for a meal and this is quantity/quality you get waiting forever in line to get.
The lady with the big eyelashes was offended that I asked do they have to wear mask. I stated there was no need to be defensive I just asked a question. However the next lady who bought our food had a mask on and was smiling with her eyes, I said thank you for wearing mask and she said thank you no problem and she explained that there was no mask policy. The first young lady could have stated the same. How ever the food was good but I won't be going back there I will go to a franchise that has a mask policy.
Not the best. Wings were under cooked and cold. I ended up throwing them away. I eat here frequently. It is usually great. Guess it was A bad day.
