I ordered at 2:49pm and was told 15-20 minutes. There were 2 men in there eating when we got there. Some time passes, then another man, then another. 30 minutes after I placed my order a bunch of orders came up. We were told that since one guy ( who came in after) had such a large order, they decided to make his first and we were reassured that there were making ours. 3 more customers came in and got their food and it had now been 40 minutes. I was livid, and starving and incredibly hangry. We inquired about the order and they asked what we had ordered, and the employees were arguing in Spanish about our order, so I left the move the car closer and my friend asked to just get a refund. The woman at the counter had to call her manager and he refused. So, we got our food 52 minutes after we ordered it and they gave us another order of shrimp fried rice. It wasn't until we started eating it and looked through it and we discovered that the eggs and broccoli were burnt.Never again. Horrible experience, and the other customers were much kinder than the employees.
Let me start by saying.. the food is great. I’ve been going to various WnB locations for years, and this one since they’ve opened. Unfortunately, their service is severely lacking. Reading through these negative reviews I’ve experienced most of these things.. like the loud inappropriate music, the young and often inattentive staff, etc..But my big complaint is that they’ve now outsourced their call-in/phone orders to a call center. I have placed two orders this way and both times there was a language barrier. I speak clear English and the person had a thick Indian accent and did not seem to understand things like “double” meaning TWO.They also would not allow me to order a burger without onions. They stated that they are not able to modify any menu items.All of this adds up to being terribly inconvenient and us choosing this location less and less.
My first time to the WnB Factory was on Wednesday 4/6/2022 and my experience was great. The young man by name Matt served me and answered all my questions about the menu which helped me decide what I wanted to order. Not only was his service great, the food was excellent. My Honey had the double stax burger and I had Seafood platter and the food was phenomenal. Which brought us back for a second time and service was great again, these time Jason took my order. This will be my new eatery on my cheat days...Tree!
We ordered hamburgers and chicken and ate them.These foods tasted so good. Especially the hamburger was my type. And it was good that our children ate so deliciously.
This used to be a place I would visit often however after today the level of disrespect shown to my wife was unacceptable. To claim the title of manager and treat your patrons especially a woman disrespectfully is something I would not expect from WNB over 10 wings on a messed up order. I regret referring anyone to this place and will no longer support them in any capacity.
Poorly managed establishment with little effort to keep customers coming back. Food taste and quality was laughable and the floors were sticky but the kids working there didn't care, too busy on their phones.
I used to love coming to this store. In recent months the wings have gotten smaller and smaller and they overcook them regularly. The staff is often rude as well as not knowledgeable about their menu. I requested sweet potato fries to be told they don’t serve them. I ask the next staff who just responded that the other staff did not know what he was talking about. It is disappointing at best..
Poor customer service and the kids that work their are rude. You should hire people that enjoy their job and want to help customers instead of leaning on the counter and playing on there phones.. Hope the food is correct since I ordered it online and wasn’t able to confirm it until I got home
Indian guy behind counter, back turned and leaning on a counter writing a text message. Waited about 2 minutes before saying anything. He turned and I said was here to pickup an order. Only order there and no one else in the place. He handed me the order, didn't say a word, turned back around and continued his text. The burger was small, the patty was about as thick as a Krystal burger and not worth the price. Will not be back.
Do NOT go here. The wings are extremely small and not good, but top it off, the employees are so rude and not caring. Went to pick up food and as I waited, the 2 employees (ONE BEING THE MANAGER, as she claimed) were sitting in the front playing with dice on the counter. The manager lost whatever game they were playing and proceeded to yell “FUCK” as myself and other customers sat there waiting. Once we received the food, my husband mention how small the wings were for the price. The manager ignored the comment and proceeded to ask “ranch or blue cheese” with the worse attitude I’ve ever seen. Horrible customer service! Will never go here again.
