I wish I could give this Wendy’s negative stars. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave. Slow does not begin to describe it. Employees obviously don’t care about working hard. Card reader wasn’t working but signage was insufficient to let people know in a reasonable time. Sorry excuse for a business. Avoid at all costs.

In Covington for a month for work. Food was as expected for a Wendy's but the employee whose name starts with J at the register earns this place the review. I ordered "a #1 combo and a #4 just the sandwich", that's my standard order at every Wendy's. I saw on my receipt I got both as combos so I asked for that to be changed and she argued with me about if I said combo or not!Luckily the manager intervened or I would have walked out and filled a charge back with my credit card. Then when waiting for my food, I heard "J" arguing with the next person in line too! I know it's a little thing, but if that's how they treat little things, imagine how they treat big things.I love Wendy's but won't be back to this one.

I rolled up at the drive through around 10:30 and I had a lady tell me that they weren’t open till lunch......please change store hours online and have signs up instead of lying about store hours. Rude employee through the intercom.

This Wendy's drive thru is always 15 minutes or more! Always a horrible experience!

No bacon and barely any cheese on baconator fries. Burger feels like it just came out the freezer. Lady at the window won't stop on her phone and to be reminded of my order 2 cause she can't look at a screen. The only thing they got correct on my order is my son's chocolate milk.

Order from Wendy's food was cold didnt ring my order up correctly this is the Wendy's on 142 in Covington by the Walmart by tacobell I ordered 2 burden bacon burger 2 bacon and cheese fries a chicken nugget kids meal if I wanted cold food I would have went to McDonald's

Open drive thru only. There was evidently a heated debate going on in the kitchen, which was broadcast clearly through the drive thru microphone-including curse words. Line around the building. Not going to be frequenting thiss location again. I apologize for the negativity, but lately customer service has been in the tank everywhere.

Im a door dasher and after waiting forever in the drive through behind. The jyst 2 cars that were there was told go back around and back in the drive thru fora 2nd time wich put me behind the car that was behind me where i again had to wait .. The lobby is closed so you cant go inside so theres no reason i was made to wait and wait when there were only 3 cars other then me in the whole place 1 of those cars being behind me.. The ppl gere were rude and lazy

I visited Wendy's on 142. The cashier was not friendly but professional as well. He made laughed after having a rough day. Thank you so much Andrew. I really appreciate you..

The sign speaks for itself!! People in the store not even acknowledging the drive thru. Here it is 3:37pm and no customer service!!! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. They need to close instead of taking up space!!
