I have never been in a dirtier Wendy's. There was no toilet paper in the ladies or men's bathroom. The drink machine had to many dried on splashing to have just been from recent use. The condiment counter was extremely disty. Windows and floor corners hadn't been cleaned in a while. It seems to be common these days to be short staffed but being dirty cannot be overlooked. Chocolate shakes and fries were great.
Best Wendy's food I've had, and the service was superior - nice man working made our experience very pleasant, thanks!
Only had a frosty today and they were good. Restaurant was clean and well staffed.
This place is terrible! Simple order of fries and asked for ketchup and salt in the bag and one large lemonade. No salt, no ketchup, and no straw. The fries were way too crispy and dry! I was the ONLY PERSON IN LINE!!! Never going to go back here. This place has gone downhill.
Wish I could have give zero stars!!! Terrible service and extremely slow. They claimed to only be taking cash and after saying that’s fine they never said anything else. I waited 15 minutes before driving off.
Just left there and got over $30 worth of food for my family (3 kids). And went to dump my fries on the napkin to eat and found a dirty, nasty, bloody bandage. Are you kidding me!!!!! That is DISGUSTING!!!
Slow service and VERY rude. We had to wait for a long time to order and when we placed our order, the guy on the intercom had a condescending tone and was saying things too fast. When we asked could he repeat what he said, he was rude. Please hire people who are trained in customer service.
H O R R I B L E. Waited in line for 47 mins for 3 Jr Frosties, and 2 small fries. They forgot the spoons and one of the orders of fries.
We had 5 cars in front of us in the drive thru and we're in line at least 20 minutes maybe even 30. Very typical of this location. Food was good and exactly as ordered and staff very sweet and friendly. But still a very long to wait for "fast" food. I only waited that long because my autistic son wouldn't have understood big I left, he would have had a fit
The jalepeno burger was disgusting. Something on the burger tasted rotten.
