I came to Covington for a short period of time from Kansas City. I was only here for two days but let me tell you Cindy was the best part of our trip! She was so funny and provided amazing service. We came back each night we were here to see her. She told us the stories of Skully, gave us top tier service and was a party all on her own. Cindy is 100/10 and deserves the world and a raise! We love Cindy and wish her the best! Thank you so much for your conversation and service.
I was driving through Covington GA via I20 and was getting hungry. I saw that a Waffle House was off the next exit. I pulled in and I am so glad that I did. The waitresses/cooks/ servers/ cashiers, Heather, Sarah, Fluffy, and Taylor were so cheerful. You can tell that they enjoy their job and they were so funny and entertaining. There was good old Southern Rock playing and we were all singing along with Lynyrd Skynyrd on “Give me three steps”. Just had to give them a shout out. AWESOME crew!
Poppy and I really enjoy the food and atmosphere. Thanks to all the workers. They are very kind.
I ordered 4 all stars, I knew it would take a moment but the waitress I had let my food sit uncovered for awhile before closing the 2 go containers. Then 2 customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. My food was just sitting. Finally I received my food and when I left I realized I was missing something. Had to go back. The waitress then took some bacon that was sitting and placed on the grill. Told me she forgot to put it in. Then they put that bacon in a 2 go container and she handed it to me. I am pretty sure it was that waitress because the other waitress customers were receiving their orders fast and correct. Very bad experience.
The only problem I had with them the service was a little slow cuz I were busy other than that I would have given them a five-star

I walked in at 2 am and it was dead empty albeit one more guy ordering. The staff was friendly and professional all considered. Food was done very quickly and was cooked right. There were some thing wrong but the quick and professional experience was enough for 5 stars. Thanks alot you guys ?
We eat here regularly, food is always good and the waitress April is sweet and kind.
Don’t answer the phone. Won’t attempt to go here again
Would not recommend. Did not acknowledge customers as they were waiting for a table. IHOP is better.
