The drive thru wait time is out of control. I think they are trying to cheat the order clock that monitors them because they will take one order, have that person pull to the window, but won’t put in another order until the person at the window has left. The staff is nice and the food is usually prepared adequately but not worth the wait.
No star! Horrible service. Customer service is nonexistent. Contact number tells you they're busy but you can leave them an email. After over 45mins waiting, I left them a second email they have not responded to and that was 4 days ago. I was billed for food not received ($6)and when I called the store was told they couldn't help me. On top of that the doors were locked when the website and the door itself said the dining room was open. They suck! Buy on line at your risk!
Missed items on order but then couldn't add when we were at the window, order taker seemed lost while taking order, food was ready upon pulling up to window and food was prepared right.
Have to order at a kiosk which is very impersonal and lazy, I will not go back to this one and will not go to anymore that have this. Very disappointing that this world is getting this lazy
Bathrooms were disgusting. No soap, no paper towels, and just not clean. Food was ok and served at correct temps, but the cleanliness of the place ruined it for me.
It was good for a quick snack and change of restaurant. Service and quality were average.
Taco Bell is one of the few drive-thru places we love... Tonight, my girls requested Taco Bell, so we sat in the line for 10-15 minutes to get their favorites. They wanted their items without jalapeño sauce, like usual, but it was almost as if the request had angered the staff. The girls' items were swimming in the spicy sauce. They can't tolerate the spicy, so we had to figure out something else for them to eat when we got home. And the quesadilla wasn't even out flat... it was piled in a giant, goopy wad at the bottom of the quesadilla bag, dripping in jalapeño sauce. Last time we stopped by, that order was a mess too. Spent $30 on dinner tonight, and still had to figure out dinner when we got home. Pretty frustrating.
Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Sitting at the ordeebox for 5 mins waiting on someone to take my order. Treat their hot sauce like it's the last roll of toilet paper.
Drive thru attendant seemed a bit hard of hearing but was very polite. Order was correct and delicious
Ordered inside via the keypad ordering system but wanted to pay cash at the counter. No one working at the counter so waited ages to actually pay. Others who came in after me ordered and pad via credit card all got served before me. I complained after waiting 25 mins for my order to be filled, and was told sorry I am serving in the order that they come up on the screen and its your fault not mine as you paid cash and you'll just have to wait. I demanded my money back and walked out at this point. 30 mins wait for fast food is crazy. Straight in and out at Monroe Taco Bell with great service Skip using this Covington Taco Bell as they are under staffed and don't care about good service. I did complain on the Taco Bell website with zero response, so I guess its their company culture.
