I wish I could give no stars. I work a full time job and do not get off until 12 AM. I did not have any food at home so I decided to go to this Taco Bell since It was the only place open that could possibly meet my dietary restrictions. Upon arrival I was advised that they had run out of most of their ingredients like beans, rice, “everything that was fried” etc.. I advised the person that took my order that I do not eat meat and I also requested that they would take off the cheese/sour cream as I am very intolerant to dairy. I asked if they could use black beans instead of meat and they said yes.They even repeated my order back to me. I paid for my meal and when opening everything afterwards, I realized that they had put beef on my Crunchwrap, but no Beans LMAO. So then I thought maybe they got the other taco right, it was a soft taco with potatoes I specifically requested no cheese or sauce. Literally just potato, and tortilla, they couldn’t even get THAT right. It was very frustrating and sad that I just wasted my money on something I can’t even eat. And because they closed right afterwards of course I had to go to home hungry. I’ll never return to this restaurant again I felt as if I was wronged for having a special diet.. on purpose. I understand that it was late but this location did not close until an hour later but that’s no excuse SMH. I just would’ve thought that a brand new Taco Bell would bring better employees too. I guess I was wrong. Hoping other places open late again. I Hate Taco Bell.
I just left this location and at the drive thru I asked for a Seasoned Beef Quesarito and they said we don't sell that.. Weird it's on the menu. I get something I don't Really like. I get to the window and then ask when they stopped selling it. They say we do have it I complain they closed the window and say have a good day. CORPORATE DO SOMETHING HERE....
As a parent of a young adult that works here, I must say I am totally disappointed..My son started here a couple of months ago and he really liked it..But I must say the management needs improvement..The workers are being disrespectful..Causing them to lash out..My son had to put in three requests to take his birthday off all because the manager ignored his requests.After not responding he attempted to put several requests in because we were trying to keep our 3 day hotel reservation lined up with his schedule..But No she never accepted his request so our reservation had to be changed several times..But long story short the manager responding back to him and said he was being annoying..In such away she was tired of him..Well mame if he is trying to put a request in and you are not responding how would you feel?My son is a very hard working young man..If you ever wonder why they don't have workers it's because they don't care how they talk or treat their employees..I am hoping that this message gets to home office..Because after yesterday I am definitely upset.My son went back into work as he have always done in the past and the manager whom I know very well..called the Police on him after he came in..Now tell me what managers don't call or send a notice to their employees and notify them that they are suspended, fired or ect? Intend she call sht Police on my son .I was there in 3 minutes...So if anyone wants to know why your orders are always late just know the managers keep these employees upsets and they degrade them..This day forward I will never visit this Location again..As I told the manager I will never forgive her for calling the cops on my son...My son has never been a threat to taco bell .But to know management will call the cops just to get them locked up is also horrifying...Anywho my son will now start working with me full time and distribute Tuxedos for Weddings & Special Occasion..He will never visit this Location or work for Taco bell Again!! Getting Married and Need a Tuxedo we got you!!
Raphael is an absolute stand up guy. To keep a long story short, my girlfriend and I are right across the street at East Metro Animal Emergency Clinic. Keep in mind it is 11 p.m. so not a lot of places are open or will allow you inside to order. With us having to stay at the clinic while our puppy is getting cared for, I wanted to walk over since we couldn’t take the truck. So I called Taco Bell next door to see if the inside was open to order. Sadly, Raphael informed me that unfortunately it was closed and you were not able to “walk” through the drive thru! After the phone call we thought we were out of luck in this case having to tough out the hunger for our baby. Then my phone rang. Two minutes after the original call I was receiving a call back from Taco Bell. It was Raphael asking us what we would like and he would deliver it to us. Sure enough ten minutes later he pulls up saying kindly, “Special delivery!” With a smile across his face. An understanding and compassionate service. I strongly believe no other facility would have done the act he did. The smallest things can create the biggest impacts in life, and you sit left a mark! Thank you Raphael for your unmatched dedication.
The food was good but be wary in ordering the spicy fish sandwich because it was dripping with jalapeños as described in the picture. You might want to order the original fish sandwich! I know I will next time!
if i could give them a zero i would. they are terrible, i waited in line for 45 minutes just for them to mess up my order 3 different times!!! Their customer service is horrible. i do not recommend coming here. ?
recommend going to this location during the day. The staff is really friendly and notice the regulars. Night shift is a complete diff story, btwn the hours of 8pm-10pm idk what going on but my order is ALWAYS wrong.
Slow as hell...no one even acknowledged me. Then my order was wrong...no onions, no red sauce x 2. It was pretty simple.
The Taco Bell on 278 is the worst Taco Bell I have ever went to the attitudes are even worse than that they made my order all wrong I told them it was all wrong they said they were going to fix it an hour and a half later they’re bringing out my food to me cold and still missing items the manager herself said she was going to fix it and I was still missing a complete meal I will never eat at that Taco Bell ever The young lady that was actually taking the orders in the drive-through was the sweetest person there and that was it she definitely doesn’t belong working at that store or maybe she should be the manager
