Have yet to try my sandwich, as I'm waiting for my other sandwich to be made. The girl behind the counter was super friendly, but I assume it was the boss or manager was super rude, and yelled at the girl for not knowing where the chicken was. The boss or whom ever she was took over making our sandwiches when it was convenient for her to do so, while she was making another order. The young girl was so confused, but she pulled thru a d finished making our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them. The boss lady took over ringing up our sandwiches and never even asked us if we would like a beverage or chips. We will most likely not be returning to that particular store.

Incompetent, rude, and unprofessional staff. I walked in at 8:35pm tonight, and the staff behind the counter told me that they were closed. Then they said that they actually closed in twenty minutes, so they could take my order. They did so, and I sat down at a table to eat, thinking I could do so because there were two gentlemen sitting at the tables, one of whom was having a drink. The staff became hysterical and told me that I could not eat inside because of Covid, despite the fact that two other people were inside at the tables. The staff members said that the two men were friends and were thus allowed to stay inside the restaurant. My presence, meanwhile, violated Covid precautions according to the staff. I would also note that not one sign was visible on the outside of the restaurant listing any Covid safety precautions or prohibiting indoor dining whatsoever. I wonder if they were just kicking me out so that they could close early.

I don't understand why they post hours of operations at 8am to 9pm because they lock the doors at 830pm. They need to change their hours so that people want kill themselves trying to get there by closing. This is the only establishment in covington that does that. They could make money, but they choose to be rude to the consumer. CHANGE YOUR SIGN SUBWAY!!

Not very helpful. I was trying to save with digital coupon but the employee seemed to not care and didn't help. I felt rushed although we were only ones in store. I gave 2 stars for the food not the service. Cheese steak didn't taste like real meat.Pray employees are more tentative to customers. Oh yes, Please put the lemonade back out.? ??

The customer service was very kind and fast. They also didn't rush and throw my sandwich together like some locations!! I appreciate that.

Why is it that business hours are 8.30 a.m to 10 p.m. . but they close at 9.30pm ?
