The worst Starbucks I have visited. I have ordered here multiple times (mobile, inside and drive thru) and my drink is never correct. I’ve had to come inside on multiple occasions to have drinks remade. I have never had an order prepared correctly on the first try. On my latest order they put a dirty used lid on my drink. Disgusting!
I’m so glad they shake the drinks that are supposed to be shown such as the pink drink! That being said, they could have filled the cup up more. My iced coffee came out perfect and so did my husband’s iced white mocha
I felt the great energy and positive vibes from the intercom. Then the cashier made my day too! First time here and now I know I have a place to return. Big brand names usually make me steer away but needing a 'picker upper' for a long drive sent me looking for coffee and I'm glad it was here☺️ AND they were able to accommodate my non dairy/no animal products needs. I appreciate you guys/gals?
Well, considering a multitude of factors, I’d say this location really is doing the best it can. Most places are understaffed and under stocked these days anyway, so I can’t blame a bunch of young adult/teenage employees for that. Management, maybe, but I find the staff here to be very friendly and welcoming!When I AM able to order ahead, they always do a great job. And in the event that they are closed, or ordering ahead is “not available”, it’s not like there aren’t plenty of other Starbucks/coffee shops within 5 to 10 minutes from this one location that can make a decent coffee.
Poor customer service inside. Placed a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes for a tea. When I finally went to the counter to ask about my drink I was told "Oh! He is working on In Cafe orders, he'll get to yours shortly." After sitting IN CAFE for 20 minutes I'm pretty sure that qualifies as "In-Cafe". Very nonchalant attitudes about customer care. Could definitely use some lessons in Customer Care, Service, and Satisfaction.
Great Starbucks location! The employees wore full protective masks and gloves and were all very kind! The Frappuccinos I ordered were nicely made and a great portion. Can't wait to return! Keep up the great work.
They were out of stock of Venti cup straws, I was made to wait until the second time I asked for a straw that they were out of stock. Four stars for allowing customers to order via the app. It's definitely much, much quicker to order on the app and walk in. I saw folks waiting in drive through line for the whole time I sat outside eating my pastries. ?
There was no point in them opening this Starbucks. This location is never open during normal business hours; a few months ago they were closing 3 hours early and now they close at 12pm on Sundays. They are always sold out of something to the point that you are constantly switching up your normal order to accommodate their menu or lack thereof. The only pro about this location is that some of the people are nice and bubbly but there’s always the other employees… also, make sure you order everything at the speaker because they’ll make you jump back in line to add to your order.
This was the best Starbucks I’ve ever had the pleasure of entering. Talk about a morning greeting! Friendly faces and a warm hearted welcome! Loved it 1000⭐️s if I could! @02/03/22 @9:18 the whole staff was amazing especially the amazing cashier!
I’ve been to this Starbucks quite a few times and half the time it’s not even open. Like today. A Saturday. I gave 3 starts because the baristas are usually very nice. Just wish they would be consistent on being open including the mobile ordering
