Would give them 0 if I could. Ordered on app prepaid and followed directions on website to pick up food. Called restaurant and was told get in drive thru line we're not bringing it out to you. Sat 30 minutes in drive in and barely moved.Gas is too expensive to waste with so much competition nearby. Read the reviews for this place then spend your $ elsewhere. Customer service is non existent at this location. Please spare me the standard corporate BS response about contacting the franchise owner who could care less. I'll do my part by never setting foot on this property ever again as well as telling as many as possible how horrible this location is. Can only assume they'll be out of business soon. People of Covington deserve more.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is a joke. If this is the best they can do just shut it down. The service takes so long I constantly see people just drive off, they have a “drive through only” policy apparently so you can’t eat there.
Avoid this location. I ordered on the Sonuc app, pulled into a stall and checked in. The stall display changed to my name and order status. After about 10 minutes the order status went away. I pushed the stall order button and was informed that they were drive-thru only. 20 more minutes in line, I get to the window to find out they have no idea about my order. I have to tell them exactly what it was, then someone points out it's been sitting on a counter for about 20 minutes at that point. Half an hour after arriving I pull away with what is charitably described as lukewarm food.
I was the only person in the drive thru. One other person parked. Ordered the number 12 entree only Buffalo style. I was asking if it came with a dipping sauce she said yes it has Buffalo. I’m like right but I still want to dip it in ranch do you have ranch? She sighs and says yes. Fast forward to my food.. my chicken poppers were burnt and had hardly a spat of sauce on them and just burnt….. I used the ranch and ate what I could but I won’t return. It was terrible service and food..
I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve gone to this location 3 times and each time my experience gets worse. The first time we went they couldn’t take my $100 bill after they had already made the food, because only a manager could take it. BUT THE MANAGER WAS SITTING IN HER MINIVAN w a headset on and refused to come. The second time we went they told me they “weren’t making burritos right now”Then just now I went and ordered a super sonic burrito. I got home and it’s literally not even rolled up just kind of balled together. With only some burnt sausage and cheese thrown on it. It was disgusting and I’m disappointed I wasted my money. I’ll never go back to this location it should honestly just close down until they can find a few employees who actually know what they’re doing.
The service there is slow and when you get your food it's cold and burnt!! I ordered a Chili Cheese Coney and it was so messy it was inedible and I had to throw it away along with the Tater Tots that were so burnt you would break your teeth trying to eat them! Very disappointing!!
Food wasn’t warm at all. Burger was horrible with three tomatoes, a bunch of cheese slices, and a huge glob of mayo. Tots were barely warm and tasted like old grease. Worst Sonic I’ve ever had.
Slushies are the best although we could do without the sugar, every-now-and-again can't be too bad. Also, during happy hour I think between 2pm-4pm they are half- priced. My son loves all flavors with needs in them.
Negative 5 stars. Currently sitting waiting for my refund. It’s been over an hour and a half (no joke) since we ordered. No one answers when we press the button and no employees have come outside at all.. we had to stand by door while employees just stared at us until a gentleman came out to tell us he apologizes and he would get it fixed. That was 30 mins ago, after 20 we went through the drivethru and they had us pull up. We’ve been waiting for 10 mins since for a refund on an order that was charged on our card but was never processed in the system and they have no record of. We had to show them our bank account on our phone to prove we even ordered.Update: after all of this, the next day our bank account was drained. Not only did they screw up our order but one of the staff used our card to order a bunch of stuff through Apple.
Our order was wrong, sandwich was cold, cherry lime ade tasted horrible, and I've seen better bathrooms in prisons. The server was dressed in sweatpants and a hoodie, not a uniform. I would reccommend staying away until management grows up and cares about business.
