On a Saturday night I found this place on google and decided to give them a try. I ordered mild and sesame asian wings, along with a family fry. The wait for my order was exactly 45 mins which I didn’t mind waiting since it was a Saturday night and no one wants to cook on Saturday night so they were slammed. Overall the wing flavors were pretty good and I liked the fresh crisp celery that comes with the wings. The fries were good but because they’re curly and thin they get cold pretty fast, so the fries were a pass for me. I had to knock a couple stars off because the wings were a little too crispy and fried too hard for my party’s liking. I’m not sure if you can ask for them to be prepared softer or less crispy but if so that’ll be better. I tried to place my order online but the online system was down. I also tried to call my order in 3 times within two hours before closing and no one would answer the phone. They’re also a little expensive for what they give you. I thought that they were just expensive as an impact from the pandemic and shortages, but another customer informed me that Rudyboo’s has been expensive well before the pandemic. YIKES.. Also be prepared to spend an extra 4% on your order for paying with a debit/credit card and not cash. I try not to carry cash for safety reasons and especially now since it’s still a pandemic and the less hand-to-hand contact the better, but I get it, they don’t want the surcharges from the card machine company.I’d try Rudyboo’s again but I would try the other menu items and make sure I have cash.
Pricey and always a wait but your getting freshly cooked. They are a favorite of several friends, so if you're a wings lover I think you'd be glad you tried them.
My parents have been coming to this wing spot before I was born. 30 years later ive been coming to this wing spot and they never let down. I've lived up north and been on the west coast for long periods of time. There has not been a wing place as good as this one. Not even in GA!
My wife's favorite spot for boneless wings. Me myself, the hot mixed wth bbq wings, crispy of course. And I loooove their fries! crispy wth light, season and drip'em in the Bourbon Molasses sauce. Trust me, awesome.
I’ve had Rudyboo’s many times working at Sherwin-Williams and with my family. This time was different and kind of crazy though. A TORNADO WENT BY, while I was ordering. The fire department next door told everyone to evacuate. After everyone was able to come back I placed my order. It took them a while longer to get my order, but they worked very hard to get me and everyone else our orders, and did very well considering a tornado came through right next door.
Recently moved back to this side of 20 and needed a wing place to satisfy my craving. Coming from living Downtown for the past 10 years and having access to multiple staples around Atlanta I truly consider myself a good judgement and am fully aware of how spoiled i am when it comes to options. I mentioned to my cousin that I was in the mood for some wings and she mentioned Rudyboo's Buffalo Cafe'. My Mother drove from Lithonia to pick the wings up and she mentioned just how sweet the husband and wife team were. We ordered 10 buffalo 10 ranch and 10 sesame asian and a side of fried zucchini and i was BLOWN AWAY buy the quality!! The wings were not too big, not to small, fried crispy but not dry at all. These wings were tender and packed full of flavor. I tip my hat to the couple who prepared these for us and did not even need to dip them in a sauce! 5 STARS. We will be back to try your jerk, lemon pepper and sweet bbq.
I ordered a huge amount of wings, tenders and fries for a party this past weekend and Rudyboos made it so easy!! The food was hot and delicious when my husband picked it up. Everything was packaged neatly and all of our sauces were perfect. Thank you so much for your great service and food. It was a hit!!
Awesome wings & fries !??
Good food, great service. They were kind enough to make a sample platter of their sauce types on chicken tenders since they were out of wings. They're all amazing but the lemon pepper is to die for. ??
Ordered 2 10 piece wings with fries and both came with drinks, it came out to about $34 The lemonade was gross the wings were alright I guess. I've had better though, especiallyfor the price.. One order was a special order and when I asked the lady which wing plate was which she acted like she didn't know then dismissed me very rudely. Needless to say I won't be back.
