When I pulled up to the drive thru there were 2 cars ahead of me that were waiting to order.once the vehicle infont of me ordered.I heard the female tell the 2 people ahead of me that they had no ice, no spicy chicken.After the suv in front of me ordered the driver was told they could only take cash.The driver was upset and then a male manager told the driver that he would give her all her order for free. When it was my turn to order I was told they were only taking cash.I was in this drive thru line for an hour. I had to back up as my 2 chicken sandwiches were missing.I was told to pull up and wait. No one came back out so I went inside to wait.$55 for an 8 piece meal,2 chicken sandwiches, 1 large & 1 small side. I paid extra to replace the 2 thighs with 2 breasts (only received1 extra brest). The male coming in to start his shift made my 2 chicken sandwiches. The male manager kept calling myself and the lady in front of me "love". There were boxes and trash all over outside by the drive thru. I will not come back to this Popeyes location again.They need new management and customer service training.

Fresh and good! The customer service was surprisingly Great. I only gave it 4stars because this was one of the few times it was GOOD up to Popeyes standards. Most times my chicken was cooked too hard (over cooked), chicken would taste like the grease needed to be changed, sometimes the sides aren’t the amount they should be and the customer service was not good most times.

Terrible. Ordered mild 3 wing dinner. Only had spicy. 15 minutes before mild chicken up. Said I would wait. 20 minutes later still no chicken. Went back to drive thru window they said were making it now, but other people who ordered after me were getting their food. Got home, it was the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen. Didn't even add an extra one to compensate for them being so small. The fries were terrible, hard and tough.

Never will I return the service was horrible. Management was rude and disrespectful. I order they forgot about my order had me waiting for 20 minutes for my food. Once I got it it was missing food from the order. Not one time did they say sorry. This place is trash do not recommend to eat here. They store manager needs training on how to talk and deal with customers before she catch a beat down.

Visited this location and used the drive thru, there was no line and I was able to order right away, but first I was informed of what they were out of. They had no mild or blackened chicken tenders, no popcorn or butterfly shrimp and a couple more items. The staff had good customer service and food was fresh. I will revisit if in the area.

After waiting nearly 20 minutes to order and another 20 waiting to get our food through the drive through we get to the window only to be told their unable to process payments leaving us with our little girls crying that they were hungry. Went to McDonalds for their below average garbage, but at least they were able to take our money and didn’t make us wait 40 minutes to be told to go somewhere else.

We placed an order online for a mild chicken tenders family meal. When we got to the location, we were supposed to go in to pick up the order. They had the doors locked. Waited in line for an hour to get to the window for them to say go inside, we will unlock the door. Go inside and they say they are completely out of mild chicken. Then they wouldn't issue a refund. We had to call corporate to get a refund. The customer service is awful here! Do not recommend at all!

I can't say it was the worst experience.. but, they did the best they could with the staff they had. They had to close the lobby because they only had 2 people running the entire restaurant. The food was fresh and the employees were polite. In times like these no one wants to work so the business suffers.

Service is unbelievably slow. I’ve been to several locations , this one is one of the slowest locations I’ve been. Inside is closed off . Trash debris build up at back door . Regional manager needs to get this location in order because obviously the store manger can’t handle this location and lack resources.

Slow service. Order was wrong. I behind a Popeyes corporate inspector when i places my order. They cashier was in sheer panic and was giving a million and one excuses. The inspector had to tell the cashier to stop whatever was wrong and in policy violation with multiple drive through orders. I thought i would be safe since the inspector was in front of me. Man was i wrong. The completely messed up my order and rhe foid was horrible. The lines are abnormally at the drove through and the delivery truck blocked people in who parked and waited for drive through orders. The staff is rude and does not seem to care. Its sad because I actually like Popeyes chicken
