Try opening the dining area on one of the busiest days of the year....the 4th of July. What a disappointment. You have a great location to see the city fireworks from and could have packed your store out and made massive profit. Too bad you didn't have the foresight to plan ahead for this.
Updating to one star: order didn't come as ordered and instead of them remaking my pizzas and doing them well done they took them and put them back in the oven messing in my food, gave them back to me and they were still were not well done and said well we can put them in there again continuing to try to mess in my food. I ordered breadsticks with extra seasoning got breadsticks with hardly had any seasoning on them. Have to pay for extra marinara which is fine but the cup should be full not half full.I ordered my pepperoni lovers Pizza with all the pepperoni on top well done, got it not well done half the pepperonis under the cheese and some of the pepperonis on top. The manager's excuse was that the person making the pizzas is new but what does that have to do with comprehension because the cashier let him know to put all the pepperonis on top we're all speaking English here!Previous review and 5 star rating: Great service, great food!
I'm so disappointed. I spent $27 for a large 3 topping pizza and breadsticks and it was horrible. Very little cheese, cold and tasted like the cardboard box are all understatements After a long day to get home and have this for dinner was awful. I has to throw the food away.

I appreciate them opening on New Years Eve. This store was not my first choice. The store close to me were not taking any more orders so I had to drive to this one.
The young answered the call talk to her general manager to see if they could make my food delivery and they was and I was really happy they was able to do it for me and want to thank them both for going out there way of doing it for me
So I got home with my triple treat box ? and boy was it a treat!!! It was packaged right but when I opened it the cheese sticks were not even cut! It was just one big slab of cheese bread ?! They didn't even bother to cut it into five cheese sticks! Very disappointed!
Recently I reviewed them with a 3 star just because the thin crust pizza was made so sloppy that there was 2 inches qll around of just crust so hard it was inedible. Totally redeemed today. Delicious beautiful pizza and wings! Thank you so much
It was ready when they said it would be and the staff was nice and respectful and the pizza I ordered was fantastic
