Don’t waste your time and money here! Our last experience waiting for a pizza months ago was horrible. The “service” was nonexistent and so was the flavor. This time no taste whatsoever because we couldn’t even get any food. You search them on Google. The posted hours reads they are open until midnight. We decide at 11:00 to call the posted number and try them again on our way through Covington. Well, first strike is that the posted number goes to an “order taking center,” which is ignorant speak for Call Center. Why can’t people just call a spade a spade?!?! Moving on… strike two is that we were informed by someone that clearly did not grow up in this region as it was more than difficult to understand this man on the other end of the phone attempting to explain to us the fact that while the store may be open (as advertised) until midnight that they stop taking phone orders at 10:25 for carry out. He explained that they only do delivery orders for the remainder of the time. By this time we are only one mile from the store so we go up to the drive through window. We asked if we could place an order and have it “delivered” to the parking lot. He asked the manager. Strike three.
I don't know if they have new management or not but this location this so bad now. My order is always wrong. And when they say 45 minutes they mean 2 hour. I ordered a pizza at 4:45 and it's 6:46 and I still don't have my pizza. And this is a credit pizza because the last order was wrong and cold and the price was different ????Update, it is now 7:30. No pizza. I asked to speak with a manager. He got on the phone And I ask for the district manager number. He gave me the the number to someone name Brad. Brad hung up on me. This place is a joke.Update I just canceled the pizza it's still waiting to delivered at 8
Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!!Ordered extra cheese with beef and not only lacks cheese but it's cold and nasty!!
Fast decently priced good pizza. Tried the Philly Padilla and it was really good.
This location must not use a clock, ordered pizza to be picked up at 6:15, pizza was ready at 5:45. Ordered extra cheese and there was less than normal cheese. NY style crust is a gimmick, not anywhere close to NY style. The only positive was the stuffed crust was actually decent, one we reheated it. Little Caesar’s is a much better option next door
I really wanted to try that New York style crust. Either they made it wrong or they have no idea what a NY style crust is. It was not foldable at all it's almost a half inch thick. I paid for extra toppings and extra cheese. I can barely taste the cheese and the meat was very skimpy. One of the worse pizzas I've ever had. I will never go back there again!!!
Excellent customer service. Very Clean store. It was my son's birthday and the manager gave him a treat. Staff makes you feel very welcomed. Pizza was awesome ♥️
Been my go to pizza place in Newton forever, they had no drivers for a short time and gave me 50% off to pick it up and save a slightly longer delivery time.Appreciated this a LOT
We received a totally incorrect pizza not even close to what we ordered! I tried to call and got hung up on three times so needless to say we did not eat a pizza with all the wrong toppings !
We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes, only to find out the driver was NOT a Papa Johns driver, but an UberEats driver. I refused to accept the nasty cold food that was over 2 hours late. I was charged the 8.00 UberEats fee! If they are short on drivers and using a food service like that, they need to INFORM PEOPLE, because if I wanted to use UberEats I would have. I contacted the store while waiting and got hung up on twice. The "managers" line just rang and rang, until it was picked up and promptly hung up! I continued to contact Papa John's corporate office, even filled out a very detailed form. I never got a response. I was out 38.00 plus delivery fees and we had to eat cereal for dinner. Thanks a lot! I will never order from them or any papa John's from here on.
