Tiffany is an excellent server- she is professional and personable-our order came out quick and delicious!
This was our first trip to this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Being of Japanese descent we have always had to go to Atlanta for good Sushi. This was Excellent!! Had sashimi tuna and octopus. It was fresh and very good. The tuna melted in my mouth. Also had spicy tuna roll, California roll (just to test before diving in head first. LOL...). Delicate and fresh. The wife had the Tempura...cooked to perfection. Veggies still crisp, shrimp hot and YUMMMM. Next trip, all out!!! Will update.
Service was over the top! Tiffany hustled the entire time! Food was delicious. I had hibachi chicken veggies and white rice. Trendy lively atmosphere was also a big plus. Not to mention the sushi bar. Will definitely be back!!
A nice little hibachi and sushi place with a cozy atmosphere and sushi bar. The shrimp tempura roll was excellent and our hostess Brittany was attentive.
My family have been frequent customers of Osake for a year or so, and the food is top notch, from the sushi to the hibachi meals to the bubble tea. Also, wewant to thank our excellent server, Britni. She is always smiling, very friendly, dedicated to fantastic service, and treats us like family.Thank you Britni !! You're the best !!
My favorite local sushi bar!! Best sushi around, hands down!! The Bento box is an excellent value ~ my kids favorite!! Our server, Tiffany takes good care of us when we dine in, and take out is an easy ordering process…..Hoping they will bring back The Sandwich Roll!!!! ☺️
Tonight we had date night and as usual we wanted sushi. Our servers name was Britni and I believe she was the best server we have ever had! Very attentive, super sweet, and she was the first to ever ask if we wanted our sushi before our meal! It was a great night and the food was great as usual!
We love this place! We come here and DoorDash from here pretty often and the food never disappoints. Always good sushi and great service. Our server Tiffany, who has served us many times, is one of the best here!
I came to Osake Thursday with a group of my friends for my friend's birthday. It was a very bad experience from the beginning. I have come to Osake multiple times and never had a bad experience until Thursday. I am not sure what her name was whether it was Tiffany or Traci, but she was so rude to us. She started off by making comments under her breath about our order and how we were going to be a difficult table. Who tells their customer that ordering "half sprite and half sweet tea" will be difficult. She was being rude and dismissive to us from the time that we came in. She told us that she was busy and gave us all the drinks at once and told us to figure out which was which, and hurriedly left to attend to her other tables. With immense observation, I saw how she treated the other tables and it was quite different from ours where she had a polite tone and whatnot. It made me quite upset. Furthermore, when I asked for a refill for my Sprite, she had an attitude on her face, plopped my drink on the table, and said "This is what you wanted right?" in a demeaning tone. Who tells their customer that? From there, I was visibly more upset and decided to ask for the manager. I told the manager about the experience my friends and I were having and how we did not want to pay gratuity whatsoever because of our unjust treatment. However, this just entailed gaslighting and claims that "we just did not want to tip and Oxford kids never tip." Our problem is not with tipping but rather how our server treated us compared to her other tables. We paid money to have a good experience not to have our drinks slammed at the table and teriyaki being thrown also on the table. And when I went on to tell the female manager what happen, she made it seem like it was all in my head, when my friends also witness what happen and loudly told me "Not to go there." And to top it off, the manager told us that there were initial concerns about this table. What is that supposed to mean? How do you think a black woman will register that? Not blatant racism? The managers nor the server who served us are professional and I do not recommend anyone who is not white to go there as you will be treated as second-class customers.
This place is always good to me..... But this last time they were GREAT to me! I ordered the filet hibachi and got the normal amount of fried rice but had more steak than rice and the steak was perfect cooked. It's hard to get restaurants to cook rare steak the way I like it... Hardly cooked at all. Sushi always tastes right as well. Big thumbs up ??
