1. At the drive thru speaker. Employee added vanilla to the coffee ( an additional $0.30 ), I repeatedly advise to please remove the vanilla. She did not listen & argued with me that this came with the order. She finally removed the vanilla.2. At the drive thru speaker, I have the a coupon code, that I got from my cell. She said it did not work. When I got to the drive thru, she asked me for the code again. The code was no longer on my cell phone. (After reading my receipt, it appears the code was already applied) This is why it was no longer available on the application. This wasted about 10 minutes at the 1st window, searching for a code that was already applied.3. A 2nd Employee came to the window with an attitude, demanding that I pull up, at this time, I asked to just pay the full price of my order. She was still yelling at me. "Stating other people had to order" (Still not listening) Up Until that point, I did not realize that their was built up frustration with the employees, until the 2nd woman starting yelling with an attitude & then she stormed off, walking away.4. A 3rd woman came to the window & asked the original Employee what was going on, the worker indicated to her that I wanted to use a code. The 3rd woman (I'm assuming a manager) looked at the screen and said, "I see, there is already a promotion applied.) I said, "can I please just pay for my order, I have to go?) It took me repeating this about 4 times before I was allowed to give the employees my debit card to pay.5. At the 2nd window, I was not greeted. I was handed my food, with no condiments (that I previously asked for). Also a coffee that was pre-made, when I speciffically asked for packets.6. My husband was extremely disappointed & did not eat his breakfast.7. I went back to McDonald's drive through & asked for the condiments I did not initially receive. Still no apologies, no empathy, & poor customer service.8. I am sure my food is extremely cold because I'm still wasting time, to post my horrible McDonald's experience & I no longer have an appetite.9. I would like fair compensation back for my food & commute expenses.This was an extremely, horrible experience. Please better train employees on listening, comprehension, professionalism & customer service skills.

It is 2:30 in the morning. Me and my husband came here for some burgers and fries. We were told that they did not have any burgers or HiC orange or fruit punch. You don’t have burgers at a McDonald’s??? How is that possible???? We had to order nuggets and fries. Not only that, but our napkins were crumpled up! I even overheard the employee say “I don’t give a fuck”. We used to come here all the time, but this was definitely the last time ever coming here.

If I could give 0 I would.I’m observing it’s the late night and early morning shift. Late night they’re always out of food, the quality of the order is always messy or messed up, or they’re not accepting drive thru orders only online. Then the early morning shift the food is not cooked properly, and the order is always messy or messed up. Terrible customer service, and terrible food quality. Explain how are you always out of nuggets? Check your bag because they will mess up something every time.

This Mc Donald's are thieves. I was overcharged twice in one night. I ordered on the Mobile app twice in 1 night. 1st I ordered and used a 20percent discount. The white guy charged me normal price and told me my order was declined and the mobile app is not connecting to the store. I told him to cancel my order and drove off. I canceled it on the app. HOWEVER I WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THE ITEMS. I went to check my account cause I know I had money on there. I seen my order was pending but didn't pay it any mind. I decided to go back later on and claimed a reward for a cheeseburger and paid for a chicken sandwich through the app. The same white guy decides to charge me for my cheeseburger tells me the same story about mobile app. Now im asking for a refund for the full order I made previous that he overcharged me for and I didnt get. MC Donald's is telling me they don't do refunds and I need to take the store credit. I would like my money back. I even sent them proof of the charge and still refusal to give me my money back. This branch is claimed tto make millions a night. I DONT SEE WHY THEY CANT JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THIER DISHONESTY CAUSE THE MOBILE APP WAS WORKIKG QUITE FINE.

I stood by the counter for 5 mins. 4 people behind counter laughing and having fun but wouldn’t take my order. Ok so I tried the kiosk and wouldn’t complete order. An employee looked right at me and saw I was frustrated and just walked on by. Finally after 12 mins I walked out. I feel bad for whoever owns this franchise!! Can only imagine how many customers bad employees are costing them!! So sad

I get off late and this McDonald’s is closest to my house and when I arrive around 2:10-2:20am this location system is always “down” yet it claims to be 24 hrs. Also on the app it says that they serve dinner until 3:59am yet they still turn customers around and tell them to cancel their order. Not to mention the attitudes are ALWAYS nasty. It’s like that’s a requirement to work there or something. Yup I’ll be a Karen and report this location everyday until they live up to their “24 hours” . Oh and not to mention they will serve their friends in the drive thru , yes I’ve witnessed it happen right after they turnt me away .

This Covington location is absolutely amazing. I am not at all the biggest fan of McD's, however, this particular one is EFFING AWESOME! great customer service and great food. 10 stars for the person running food out this morning, they were top notch!

Literally waited in line for 20 mins for someone to take my order. The girl came over the speaker and had the nastiest attitude. Just super short and rude. Considering the drink selection was not listed we asked if they had fruit punch and she sighed extremely loud and snapped YES....That was the deciding factor on never going to McDonald's again.

This is ridiculous!!! They literally just threw a piece of meat & cheese and kept moving!

Deals weren’t showing up in there systems. So instead of adjusting the price they asked if I wanted to pay full price for something that supposed to be on a deal. Dumbest question ever.
