I used my app and placed an order for a breakfast burrito. When I walked in I was told there was no burrito available. I ordered something else. When I walked out I distinctly saw a lady driving away from the drive-thru eating a breakfast burrito. Someone is not telling the truth. In the restroom, none of the hand dryers were operational. I grabbed my substituted order with wet hands.
Ordered breakfast on Uber Eats, been waiting for over an hour for my food. They canceled my order. I call and ask why it has been canceled, and the “manager” says that the driver has to “hit the lot” before they can work on my order, which was past the breakfast cutoff time. Of course, she was lying because they work on the order before the driver gets there, and I’m able to see that through the app. Don’t suggest ordering delivery from here.
This has got to be without a doubt, the worst experience we have ever had at a McDonald's. Took them forever to acknowledge we were even there. Then forever to get our food(quarter pounder & double cheeseburger). Fries were hard, and the soda fountain was not right. The worst drink ever. We definitely won't be stopping there again
Service was fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The chocolate milk shakes were tasty but they tasted like vanilla with a swirl of chocolate syrup swirled through. I miss the original chocolate milk shakes. The mature woman at the first register is always friendly.
Ordered a 10-piece nugget meal along with a 2-cheeseburger meal. Pop was warm, didn't get my water or ranch that I ordered. The food was hot and the fries had salt. 2 stars.
I can say that this place has improved since the last time I was there! The food was fresh and hot also the score was in the ninety's I believe 91% this really makes a difference. Blessings ???
I love this McDonald's. The place is always clean, the employees always prompt and pleasant. The food is great! I also like that you can enter the small convenience store next door, where I spent a good half hour killing time before my next appointment, from inside the restaurant. Very convenient indeed!
Eat here at your own risk! I ordered a McGriddle, took a bite and saw a baby roach on my egg. The manager of the shift gave me my refund with ease . I already didn’t like this location but that was the last straw for me .
Decaffeinated Coffee was Great, Lady taking order had a distasteful ATTITUDE. Mang. had to Step in , over something, she could have handled a lot BETTER.
