Went through the drive through today. Ordering was easy, employees pleasant, but was asked to pull around to a specific spot. All of them were full with us all waiting for our food. Waited about 10 minutes. Got it and looked over and saw that I had all products I ordered, cool. Got home and I always always make it a point to check my food and my kids food before eating. Opened my burger to find this :/ I took pictures and have saved it but what should be done to fix this problem? Didn’t have time to come back by myself with my young kids to try and figure it out.
Purchased two crispy sandwiches both burnt and hard. I called back to make them aware and whoever I spoke with tells me the grease is old it's not burnt, why would you sale someone burnt anything, if you knew your grease was old you should have informed me of that so I could have ordered something else or went somewhere else. Food is too expensive! Ridiculous do better.
Recieved our orders and the food was cold. So we were pulled up to wait. Currently still waiting for our orders. It has been over 15 minutes and over 10 cars have gotten their order.??
I was one of 7 cars waiting on their food on sumday 02 27 22I orderee a simple breakfast during breakfast time and it took 45 minutes to get my order through the drive thru and of course my order was wrong
The ice cream machine was broken, which I wouldn't care if I hadn't already ordered and paid for my McFlurry on the kiosk (which showed it as available), then they told me after I waited in store for 10 minutes. They offered me a Frappé which I don't drink coffee, but that's all they offered to do, so I just left without my McFlurry and fries. Waste of $7, and I will be disputing the charge with my bank since the staff didn't bother to offer me a refund
Stopped at this McDonald's on Saturday , waited forever for someone to take our order at the drive thru, the girl who finally asked for.our order sounded like we woke her from her nap. We got to the window and the order was correct but when we asked for ketchup and salt the lady claimed " they don't give out condiments" . Ok Mcdumbass! You keep your salt and ketchup.
I would give zero if I could. I ordered online because I mistakenly thought it would be faster. Not only was my order completely screwed up but I waited for 45 mins for 3 things. Would be understandable if I order a large amount this however was ridiculous. Save yourself an hour and drive a few minutes further.
This location consistently dissapoints you.
I think I have written many reviews on a couple different McDonald's When we grabbed the lunch the family and I were kind of in a hurry. This McDonald's did a great job of taking our order accurately and getting it out to us quickly. Fries were piping hot and everything was and tasted greand tasted great. Hats off to the crew that prepared our food!
So the reason they get 2 stars is the ice cream machine was working. And i know the ice cream machine not working isn’t their fault. My issue is I order the Chip Ahory McFlurry last night. It was amazing last year. And looking at the website it should still be the same as last year. (I’ve included pictures) and what I got last night was disappointed. Doing more search it looks like I think the McDonald’s I went to just didn’t know how to make it. (Pictures) I need them to do better . Mine had no Carmel in it. And cookie crumbles we just places on top and not blended through.
