Wonderful service on the day of 4-9-22. Workers were very kind and treated us with amazing attitudes! Will definitely be back!
They messed up the order a little bit- gave my one son two bottom buns, forgot my other son's fries, gave two Dr pepper instead of one coke and one Dr pepper. My youngest also had mustard, pickle and onion on his ketchup only burger. Waited over 20 minutes in one spot- trapped there because of how the drive thru is and the cars. Three cars behind us left.
Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, service was just awesome. I wish this crew could just stay there forever. Shout out to that manager. Never got his name but he know who he is. I will be coming back for sure.
The sandwiches were mediocre, but the fries were so old they were inedible. They were unsalted, rock solid, and bone dry. Hands down the worst fries I've ever had. Do yourself a massive favor and just drive the extra mile to the McDonalds off Industrial Blvd.
We was in the drive thru a minute before we were able to make our order & then even a bit longer than that to get our food & the fries wasn't even hot!
They never remember to give certain things like straws, sauce, etc. The fries are always cold as if I do not want fresh fries. Very disappointing.
Horribly managed location! Dirty restroom and restaurant. Rude employees and orders are rarely correct. I’m always polite and patient bc I’m thankful ppl are working and staff is hard to keep, but I won’t go to this location again. It’s just terrible.
Went Around 8 AM. Was Told There's No Hazelnut Iced Coffee Anymore. So I Ordered 2 Carmel Iced Coffees. (They did NOT add any flavor to one Coffee and the other was little to no flavoring) The Sausage Biscuit Was HARD. The Hashbrowns Were Dark Brown (More Burnt Then Not Burnt). Will Not Be Going Back Here. Total Waste of Time And Money.
