Haven’t eaten here in a while I had forgotten how good the food and customer service was.. my food still didn’t take long they kept me in formed while I waited on my 3 pizza which I placed when I got here and not over the phone but the two young lady’s KATIE AND shaday were the heart and Michael was the soul I saw him wash his hands and change gloves after everything he didPast 5 stars
This is my favorite pizza place by far. Unfortunately, I can't order from them anymore. They don't pick up the phone and the Marco's website won't let me order from this location. I tried to find someone to contact regarding the website issues and that website doesn't work either.Edit: I've never been more happy to edit a Google review. After 6 months of being closed, this location has reopened with new owners and is somehow even better than before. I would definitely recommend this as some of the best pizza in Covington.
Close at 12 o’clock on if no one else works the manager and district manager should be working
For anyone reading reviews- both Covington and Conyers Marcos have signs up on their doors saying they are closed until further notice. This is why you can't order.
Doors were locked when I went to pick up my pizza. No customers were allowed inside the lobby area. I had to give my credit card to someone to go back inside to run my card. Then he took everything I said out of context. They were very sketchy about why nobody was allowed inside. The person who took my credit card insinuated that I was afraid he would still my card. OMG REALLY!!!! I will never buy anything from them again!!Well haven’t heard a word from these people after they wanted to hear more about my experience. That’s been about a month ago. So I when to Papa Johns last night 11/6.Had pizza ? Hut instead of Marcos’s on 11/15 . So sad to bad for Marcos’s. Apparently they are fine with loosing my business.
I have been trying to order from the Covington GA location on highway 278 for over a month now. The website doesn’t work, neither does the app. I’ve tried calling the store several times and nobody answers the phone. Very disappointing! Lost a loyal customer.
I just want to order some food. The website does not work. I have read the reviews and it seems their phone is not answered and they won't let you in. Very confusing.
