This location is NOT CONSISTENT when it comes to the way they prepare the menu items. The corn is sometimes old and salty, and the batter on the fish will be missing on one side of the fish. One thing this location is consistent on is that they’ll ALWAYS TRY TO CHEAT THE DRIVE THRU CUSTOMERS. I have visited this location numerous times and have been shorted food. Every time I come I have to count every piece of fish and every battered shrimp in my order before leaving. One visit I ordered 15 shrimp and was only given 9 pieces. Once I returned I was told that they only had 9 shrimp ready. That was no excuse to cheat me out of my hard earned money, I would’ve had no problem waiting on my full accurate order. BEWARE AND COUNT YOUR FOOD!!!
One of the best ones in the metro good staff fresh food never taste burnt they change there oil. Good solid place that is consistant enough for me to drive 20 miles to get it
Omg! My wife and stopped by after church we waited at the drive through entercom for 10 mins without a response before deciding to just go in upon entering rap music could be heard playing loudly with very explicit lyrics the girl wear head phone I assume was working the the drive through was just standing there talking with another girl ignoring the line of customers wrapped around the building. This place is garbage the hush puppies were over cooked and the food tasted like it was cooked in old cooking oil.I would definitely not recommend this place.
Just left the drive thru, and I had an awesome experience. I was greeted right at pulling up, the cashier Kerri was kind, patient, friendly and prompt. The food hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Kerri for an awesome experience. Thank you to the cooks for the amazing food.
1 hour till close.. Workers inside intentionally ignoring drive thru. Cook horseplaying with cashier instead of receiving orders. I'm sure the food is good if you can try it.
Fish, chicken, and hush puppies were good but mac and cheese was disgraceful. This is the family size Mac and cheese. Looks just as advertised right? Lol
Super friendly ... always hot and tasty but the forgot my chicken. My fault I should have double checked before I drove off. I just hate saying, are you sure that's everything. I feel like I am saying, are you sure you did your job!
We ate inside and we sat way in the back due to the pandemic. We felt safe at first to eat inside because no one else sat in the back. A worker did not have on a mask and she came to our table standing over us to give us sauce. I had to tell her politely not to come to the table due to the pandemic. That's how covid and omicron spread. Long John Silver need to enact some safety protocols for the restaurant. Your workers need to have on a mask if their standing over the customers that are sitting down. The worker was a very nice sweet lady.
Been here maybe six or seven times and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Always had good experience. Good food
Waited till I got to the window to tell me the meal was 11$ I been getting the same meal in ellenwood for 8$ and I waited in line for 30 mn that store a ripoff
