The food was good. The service was terrible. The guy taking the order was rude and sarcastic. They actually gave someone order to another customer. He opened the bags looked in it and went through the order then gave it back. When the right person came to pick it up instead of remaking the order They gave it to the customer. That’s dangerous during Covid and just flat out nasty. I wouldn’t want to eat food a stranger has touched and breathed on…When I said something. I was met by two angry employees who told me “ lady mind your business” amongst other rude comments. I asked for a refund and the mangers number. They provided the refund and said the manger is hardly there and try calling the store in the morning. So disappointed the food is good and I drove 30 minutes to get there. The staff is terrible except this one lady who really tried to help.
This place is great! My mom brought me here a month ago for my birthday and since we’ve been here 3 more times! Always leave full as well as service is always friendly! I love overhearing owner and staff talking sports!
First option when it comes to great philly cheese steaks. Great combo options and variety of delicious toppings.Cooked hot and fresh and great staff that know what they are doing.Will definitely come back next time I'm in Covington.

If I could give this no stars no stars I would! The gentleman taking orders was very nice, but he cook making the orders who made my husbands burger served him a small burger patty that was smaller than the bun, and was not seasoned at all, and a small fries instead of a large that he ordered. When my husband asked him to make it right, he purposely burned the bun and the patty, and was down right rude and sarcastic to my husband. This place is not worth the money you spend to receive very small burgers, and bad service! Save your money for a better restaurant.
The wings are AMAZING. Incredible. Best wings I’ve ever had. We had them last night to ring in the new- so glad they were open and could fulfill our large order. Thank you and can’t wait to eat it again!!
I had been wanting a Philly… a really good one and this place delivered. The bread was super fresh and soft and the meat was good quality, seasoned well! I’m definitely going back.
