Just did a delivery. First cause for concern was the fact that it said it was supposed to be here at 7:08pm and didnt arrive until 7:40pm. Once he finally got here my daughter had pizza sauce all over her hands from the pizza box. Both boxes were covered in sauce and once we opened the box both pizza appeared to be jumbled and tossed around. The sauce came from the crazy sauce of which we only received 2 out of 3 containers probably because the 3rd one was dropped from being tossed around. Havent been able to get anyone on the phone.
I WOULD NOT WORK HERE! Management is horrible store is full of mess and drama I recently got sick don’t know if I had covid or NOT didn’t get a chance to go to the hospital manager fired me because I didn’t call out telling another coworker I’m faking sick when in reality she just wanted me to work and didn’t care for my health 130$ came up missing out the register and I had to pay the full amount before I returned to work the cameras were checked proved that I didn’t take anything I never received my money back!! Manager threatened me to call dcf on me and my baby girl that I take good care of all because I told her management was poor and I’ve had enough of this TRASHY place manager treat coworkers like slaves we’ll be busy and she sits and does nothing but demand orders or even tell you to answer the phone when your already doing 100 things save yourself the stress..
This location deserves zero stars. They annotate that online/app orders are ready, but when you arrive your food hasn't been cooked. They claim they can't offer refunds for online orders but yet they are an inconvenience for their subpar customer service. Via app, food was ready at 7:08pm but upon arrival at 7:18pm, it was partially ready. Pizza ready but no wings, stood around for 20 minutes but nothing. Ask for refund, clerk mumbling about no such thing. Then proceeded to state have to wait another 10minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!!
If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD. I placed an online order, I am so upset that I spent $60 worth of food for my family to only recieve 4 basic $5.55 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread. When I was called by an employee that 3 of the items I ordered was out and that they could not refund it and to speak with their general manager then the employee offered to replace the items that were not in stock with 3 other specialty pizzas as the out of stocks items totaled at $6.99x3, After she agreed to replace with 3 other pizzas Once I received my order I noticed she not only got my order totally incorrect she didn’t even bother adding the additional replacement items. Since they delayed the order my food was delivered at 8:57 so it was closing before I could call in. And customer service number didn’t answer either since it was outside of business hours! I had no issues with this location until now, I definitely need my money back as you all have ripped me off
I have called this location(Salem Rd) more than 4x in a day on several occasion and never get an answer to put in my order. I mean what is the point of having a phone or give customers the option to call in their order if the establishment doesn’t answer. So I called all the way to the 138 location and was able to place my order, which I was very pleased by their customer service. 1 star for Salem Rd, 10 stars for 138.9
Nothing hot and ready. Said they had computer and other issues and it would be 20 minutes. One gentleman told me he was waiting an hour. Seemed like manager was running around trying to instruct a crew of inexperienced people. They will not see me again for a while.
Myself and several others stood in line waiting for someone to acknowledge us for 15-20 mins, and when they finally did they yelled and pitched fits to the only person we seen working to come up and take orders as if he wasn't already doin enough trying to prepare, cook, and get people's orders out! Very unprofessional and corporate needs to be called immediately, it was truly ridiculous
It started ok when I first moved to the area but now whatever staff is here now needs to be retrained, no matter what pizza I order here they are always light on the sauce and it just taste’s like dough and cheese. I always order a extra most bestest pepperoni with stuff crust, but it always comes out as one of the regular $5 pizzas just thin and doughy with barely any any sauce, please fix this it’s the only one near me!
The store was nasty with trash and pizza sauce on the floor. The workers was scratching their head n handling food with no gloves. They refuse to take an order at 9:25 pm despite saying open to 10 pm. The over all service was horrible. This little ceasars is drastically dropping in service.
It's a pizza joint but they have great hot wings
