I order at this location often but I saw something today that kind of turned my stomach. I usually order and the pizza is already waiting but this time there weren't any pizza's hot and ready so they had to be made fresh. The guy left the register and never washed his hands nor did he put on gloves to make the pizzas. I feel that every person handling food should wear gloves or at least wash their hands before touching any food items, no matter what, especially in this day and time. There are too many viruses and diseases going around for this to happen! That really disgusted me even though I didn't make a scene and have him remake my pizzas. Lil Caesars need to have a better policy in place to make sure this doesn't continue to happen because that is very very disgusting!
Its great, but only when they put enough sauce. I ordered a pizza and they didn't add as much sauce in the center. It just has cheese and it kind of tastes bad. Gets good near the crust. Over all, 3/5. Or 4/5 if I got a pizza with enough sauce.
Young woman behind registar moved and put a young man there Ordered pizza ask if they had a menu somewhere as it was not obvious-saw the stuffed crush sign and order that ask for a pizza with everything-saw a sign of crazy bread orderd that and saw sign with wings ordered that. While I was ordering the young lady pushed the young man to the side and rang up my order-I paid with a credit card did not look at receipt. They brought out the pizza, bread sticks, wings, but no pizza with everything. I ask and the young man pointed out I had not paid for one. I then said I need to order one and was talking to the young lady behind the registar she backs off and tell the young man to take care of it. I said I need a pizza with everything. He looks at me confused an asks "With everthing?" I just left!
Ordered 1 pep, 1 cheese. Got 2 cheese. And one is pictured here. They cut into 4 slices and….well just see the photo.
The Little Caesars in Covington on 278 and the one in Monticello is terrible at making pizza. They honestly don't compare to Papa John's in Eatonton.
They were very busy but they worked hard to get everyone taken care of. The manager stepped in and got everyone's food as fast as he could. They were short handed and they All did their best. I had never seen so many people coming in and ordering pizza at one time. Crazy busy. Thank you to that manager and his staff at the hwy 278 location. GREAT job.
Lil caesars has bomb pizza! Other pizza places are not really good to me, especially after eating lil caesars that blow them out the water, and they are also way more expensive than lil caesars...go figure.
Ridiculous! Customer service horrible and the longest wait I ever had for fast food.
Food sucked , service sucked , employees wearing there pants below there but cheeks, ( I don't want to see your underwear ) there were no pizzas ready (Hot-n-resdy) false, pizzas looked like they were made with a IDGAF attitude, All in all %100 bad experience. Highly recommend staying away from this pizza place.
Got charge $1 for sauce i didnt order nor recieved. Didnt look at reciept until i left. When i went back it was resolved; however, i think it was added intentionally..
