Got a lunch box which I wished it wasnt premade a while ago. However it was still delicious but my jaw hurt after finishing the whole thing because the crust was tough had they cook it fresh, wouldnt be as tough. Cant believe they would serve that pizza being that old. But of course old pizza is not the worse thing in the world. I still finished it
The girl at the window was rude and acted as if I were an inconvenience to her. This pizza was so greasy it was almost inedible, and there was a giant hole in the centers with no dough or toppings, just hurt cheese! It was also mostly crust. Usually this store is great but I was very unhappy with this.
I stopped by in the way home and ordered some cheesy bread and a Mountain Dew. I very nice young woman name Naomi was an Extremely nice with an outstanding attitude. Much better than the other locations I’ve visited in the past
Now that the store is under new management, I have seen a HUGEEEEEEEE increase in CUSTOMER CARE!!! While the lobby may still be closed at times, their drive thru is beginning to move quick!
Goo and hot.. the bread stick pepperoni ? 1st time try was very good. Good customer service.
Order through the drive and waited 47 minutes went back to the window and said they gave my food to someone else and that I would have a little longer for them to remake it. Didn’t even offer to take money off or give me my money back. I will never go back!

Placed an online order the day before, was scheduled to be picked up by an allotted time. When arriving, was told that it would be 45 min before the order would be ready because they were busy. Told the lady that the order was placed online the day before, then she said it would be about a 4 minute wait. Waited 45 minutes out front and still didn't get the order when told! I highly recommend that you take your business else's where!!!! Totally unprofessional and not concerned about the orders that have already been paid for the night before. Do not go here!!! I would leave a -5 star review if I could!! So much for having pizza for my kids birthday!! SMH
Angel is always giving top notch customer service with a smile. Candace is professional and handles your order with care. The front of house team is patient and friendly. The two stars is for the cook in the back of house. Maybe they have a chip on their shoulder but more than a few times my pizza has come out raw—literal raw dough under the cheese. We won’t go into a dissertation about how raw pizza dough can cause you to end up in a hospital. Also, if I order extra toppings, I actually get much less but I’m charged for them the same. I feel like I’m being cheated. Great cashiers but very poor cook making the food.
The daytime crew is so kind and always smiling. My order took an extra 4 minutes past the expected time and they apologized even though it was no big deal at all. The food is always hot and fresh. We never have have an issue with our mobile orders. We much prefer this location to the others in covington
