I would give 0 stars if I could. We just moved to the area and was very excited for a Krystal's next to our house. We were strongly disappointed when we got up to the drive thru and waited for 15 minutes after being told "hang on" despite there being NO LINE. We were the only people in the drive thru. After being tired of waiting, we pulled up to the window and waited for them to open it but they stood there at the window and stared at us. We won’t be back.
Manager there was absolutely nasty, cursing, saw the employees trying to keep up but continued on her phone. The restaurant was disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I did order but after seeing the employees and seeing/hearing the manager, I requested a refund. The manager of course had no words. We will never come back to that location and probably never come back to a Krystal’s. I previously worked for Krystal’s back in the day and it was an absolute shame to see this location in such disarray.I highly recommend not consuming anything from this joint until they get better management there. How they have a “B” rating is beyond me from the health department.
My husband called to confirm what time this location closed. He was told 1am so he said he was on his way to get some food. The employee said ok sweetie. My husband arrives and was greeted in the drive thru. He went to order and was told the grills were closed. He then said he was told they were open. The employee confirmed that they were open. My husband responded asking how are your grills closed if you are still open? She said the owner wants the employees out by 1am and the grill is covered in chemicals. It wasn't even 12:30am and the employees have shut down the grill which means no food can be served.Time to get new employees that will work or time for the owner to reassess whether or not to have a restaurant. You cannot run a restaurant if you close down your kitchen almost an hour before closing.
The notorious mini-burgers this restaurant is renowned for were subpar at best this time. My husband and I rarely go out to eat, so, when we "splurge" on a guilty pleasure, we have high expectations that the flavor we go back to Krystal's for is delivered (no pun intended). Unfortunately, this time, there was nothing exceptional about our experience except for just how badly everything tasted. I do not believe that we will be returning any time soon. ?
Walked inside to order lunch since the drive through was so backed up … watched 5 employees go about business as usual as I stood at the counter waiting .. and waiting .. and waiting … NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE COULD UTTER ONE SINGLE SOLITARY WORD …. after standing and being completely ignored for nearly 5 whole minutes … I went and spent my money with Burger King.
I've visited this location every 6 months or so. Seems when I ask for the 3 Krystal meal with extra onions... I'm given 2 Krystals. I made sure to ask the rep to check for 3... she did. I got 3 Krystal but no fries this time.I've been patient with them since the lock down while no one wants to work. However, EVERY order has been wrong since 2018.Check ur order at the window before leaving!
Make sure to check your order!!! The manager says customers never come back for just one item missing! Worst place ever. Very dirty. The grossest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. I waited 30 minutes on 12 Krystals. The kicker was I overheard the manager telling employees to purposely shortcustomers by one krystal to save on food costs. I checked my order and sure enough, only 11 krystals. The manager was on the phone and wouldn't even respond to me when I asked for my other burger, and the employees were laughing like it was funny.
The staff was extremely rude to my hard of hearing Grandfather. I was appalled. An established restaurant should be considerate to senior citizens. He asked her simply to repeat herself and she said "oh my god", rolled her eyes, and said some off-beat comment to her co-worker. I could maybe understand if they were bust buy we were the only one in line.
Went into this Krystal’s today in the morning. Notice four people in the dining room eating. And stood there for five mins. I politely asked the girl working in drive Thru. Is anyone able to take our order she replied. No and no one is working She was extremely rude in her reply. No one said anything I walked in no Hello and Someone will be right with you or anything. I WILL NOT be back. I even told two customers in the parking lot not to go inside they don’t have help and will not help.
