If you value your time please Do Not go there!!! I asked for 3-piece white meat original flavor with coleslaw. There was a wait for original so I agreed to take 2 breast and thigh crispy . I was given all thighs and mashed potatoes. There was no Mt Dew or Pepsi. More problems about the drinks but I’ll leave that out. Also asked for hot sauce etc….. none in the bag. Just stay away and go anywhere else.
If a negative gl could be given it would. Fir the amount of money paid the water was incorrect - did not get as ordered 1) # of pieces (pd extra) tenders substituted as sandwich unavailable and were so hard (over cooked no meat), they weren’t edible and thrown away, seriously. Several attempts calling so it could be made right and phone rings never answered. KFC has really gone downhill.
Pulled up used the drive-thru. They were out of a lot of items. I got coleslaw instead of French fries but at the time I was in the middle of my long road trip and enjoyed the food they gave me. They gave me a hot chicken sandwich and that's all I really needed. I know staffing and supplies are a big issue right now, keep up the hard work and thanks for the hot food.
Food was good. Many tables were dirty and needed cleaning at 1120am. You have to get refills at the counter because the machine is off. No napkins available. But they were open.
04/01/2022 12:57pm was told they are drive thru only I'm a truck driver so I can't go through the drive thru how can you really still be drive thru only covid has been out for 2 years now every where else has resumed normal operation why can't kfc in my opinion they just really don't care to or only do it when they want to I guess ohh well there loss not that they care anyway though there sighn on the front door even says open for for drive thru take out and dine in at least take your sighn down if your drive thru only.
Pulled up to drive thru was told they only have pot pies of all things the one thing they never have ready. I ask how long of a wait for a 12pc bucket she tells me she don't know. Isn't that a part of the cooking process knowing how long it take to cook the chicken???? I pull up to the window 2 girls just talking on there phone. This gives the kernel a bad name. So here I sit in Popeyes drive thru I'm sure they aprishate the business
Ordered a number two, Breast, wing and a side.Including a drink. But instead I was given a thigh and drumstick. I was really looking forward to a breast.But the fries was freshly cooked.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Went inside to order, first thing was the employee seemed like she didn’t know how to take care of my simple order. Then while standing there for about 20 minutes to receive my order over heard another employee in the open kitchen area say the F word about 3 times and the B word a couple of times about a drive through order. My order was not even completely what I ordered. This was the worst customer service I have ever experience and will never visit this location again.
Went threw the drive thu and was asked to pull around and my food would be brought out to me. Waited 20 minutes no food went inside to check on food and they had just started making my order while they were handing food out the window as soon as people pulled up... Very bad service was also cold when i got it
Never have items you order, always out or will say we don’t have any ,it will be 25 or 30 minutes on multiple occasions, yesterday 01/13/22 cashier came on and said can I take your order, then asked if I could come inside her register is down, it’s going to be 24 minutes? What’s the deal with this Restaurant? Always out of food or other excuses. Terrible service won’t be back to this location!!! It’s clearly not one Employee it’s the majority at this one!
