Friendly, professional staff displaying expected customer service. Neat and clean environment including the sandwhich station, fast service and actually thanked me several times. I wish other fast food eateries still had this level of service customers should expect. High standards. Thankyou JJ staff at this location.
First time earing here, service was quick and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Definitely skipping subway from now on.
I love JJ's sandwiches but sometimes online orders can be tricky. The lobby was closed understandably but the majority of my online order request was not done. Please check your order before leaving pickup. I had to take the sandwich home to add what I wanted but didn't get. It was great after that.

Been to this location several times now, and the food and service surprises me every time! These young ladies and gentlemen they hire are so polite and professional, and they know how to make a MEAN sandwich! On our last visit they had my order made and handed to me by the time I was finished running my card, and was perfect (including customizations)! The ingredients are so fresh that you'd swear they were put through a photo filter, and the bread is baked to perfection. I also love the wisdom, lists and media on the walls. They're inspiring, insightful and hilarious! Speaking of lists, Jimmy John's is definitely on my top 10, and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
BEWARE of the delivery service. My sandwich and napkins smell like cigarettes when I get my food delivered. This has happened multiple times at this location. I’ve ordered about 15 times, 7/15 times my food comes out reeking of cigarettes. They smoke in the car as they drop off the food, today happens to be that day. I give this place so many tries but they disappoint every time. Only reason I order at this location is because of how close it is. Highly Disappointed, Service inside is lack luster.I recommend hitting other jimmy John locations.
Ordered on-line and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. Waited nearly 10 minutes at the window. Finally got sandwich and it had items I said remove and didn't have items it was supposed to. This is not normal for Jimmy John's. I'll still be a customer just not at this location.
This location, Covington, was shameful. Went in to order and to my surprise, staff had Tupperware containers, mostly empty sitting on a table with soda cups also on the table. Why are they not eating what they serve? Why are they leaving tables messy and nasty? Why was the floor sticky and caused me to wonder whether or not my shoes would be snatched off of my feet cause the floor was to sticky? Why was there a large area that was sticky and visibly darker than the rest of the floor as soda had dried in the middle of the floor as you approach the cash register? I've been in this location before and it was always welcoming with nice staff and a visually clean business. Why was the female, that prepared the food wearing no face mask but the other two staff members were? There were no other patrons in the location so it wasn't that they were too busy. Not going back. Might as well have been a cheap burger joint. Just plain nasty looking with staff members that didn't inspire patrons to want to come back. Can't do it. Too much going on right now to knowingly partake in an eatery that appears to be nasty and unkept
This resturant FREAKY FAST, Instead their slogan should be super slow. I have order from here several times and it takes them almost an hour just to deliver a wine sandwich and they also and they also forget to bring the drink and cognitive most of the time. The only reason why we continue to order from here is because of the low delivery fee. Jimmy John of Covington Please do better.
We love Jimmy John's! We live a couple hours away and I called the store to place a large order for a family who just lost a loved one. Malik answered and was so helpful! He went above and beyond to take care of us and this grieving family. God bless you! Thank you for being so kind!
