It appeared as though they were short staffed. I went on a Thursday evening and it took some time for an employee to greet and sit us. The bathroom was messy and didn’t have paper towels but a roll of towel paper was on the counter to use to dry your hands. My waitress seemed like a new employee and my food was correct. The food was good and the employees were nice.
I generally come to this location at least once a week, which is normally a Friday morning before I go into work that’s just across the street. I always place an order online for pickup, whether it’s curbside or in store pick up. The past three weeks I’ve gone, my order hasn’t t been ready for pick up. Today, May 13, 2022 was the worst experience ever. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the restaurant. I placed this order before I left the CONYERS area I was in. The upfront staff was cool, but the wait and the food was horrible. It tastes like they had to hurry up and throw it together because they forgot to check there online orders. Then on top of that I asked the the number cheesecake pancakes and got plain pancakes. There was no syrup, no butter for my pancakes. Luckily I keep some in the fridge at work. Then I ordered the TeA lemonade and they brought out plain sweet tea. The waitress was nice enough to switch it. As I’m walking out the door thinking everything was good, here comes an older lady bringing food out saying it was mine. I didn’t have time to look at the order because now I’m 10 mins late for work because of my order not being ready. When I arrive to work and settle in to eat I notice I had all this extra food that clearly looked like a door dash order for somebody or another customers online order. Food that I didn’t order. I don’t know if they are short staffed, but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. They just need to be conscientious about Checking their online orders and making sure they are done and completed in a timely manner.
Food was great. We were told in advance that the kitchen was slow because they were short staffed. The waitress (there were plenty of them) did not check on us often enough.
Our server, Michael, is the definition of an excellence in the restaurant business. He was happy to correct an issue of the meal. The food had a great flavor, compliments to the cook. One of our best experiences at this IHOP.

Everyone was nice...didn't have to wait to long on our food...the food was cooked just right and was very good...the coffee was served just the way we like it...???
The food was delicious as always! But the server was not the best, we had to ask another server to refill our drinks, I could understand if they were busy but, there were only 4 tables of diners in the entire restaurant. I tipped the server because that's what I do but, he really should have paid more attention to his only table!
Fantastic service, good food, and fast service! Enjoyed our visit, and although the waitress was new she did an awesome job! Great experience
Absolutely terrible, we came at 3 in the afternoon. We did curbside pickup and it never came. After we waited 15 minutes past their estimated ready time we went inside to fine our order. The greeter was rude, and then when we asked for our order they ran into the back getting it brought it out. Our pancakes were undercooked and our burger had extra topings we didn't want.
Waiter provided bad service, food that did make it to the table was cold and the remainder of our meal came out to the table as we were requesting the bill. Coffee was also served cold.Upon complaining the manager address us to understand our concerns with our service and provided a discount on the bill.
