I was in Georgia on holiday a couple weeks back, I was informed about this restaurant by a friend. Upon arrival I was greeted by an incredibly helpful young man I believe his name was Tico (sadly I cannot remember his name!).New to the area he was insanely friendly and kind and tended to all my wants and needs. Would 100% come back in the future!
The cute plate taker with the tattoos was so friendly! I think he said his name was Tico ! He got us extra things we needed when our waiter was busy and he was so funny! We had a few laughs and it was such a great experience! He’s definitely a good asset to the company and we will definitely be coming back again! He created y’all some lifetime customers!!
Food super salty besides the salt there isn’t any other flavor. Waitress didn’t bring us our food the back person did and the waitress only checked on us when she gave us our drinks didn’t see her again till we wanted the check. Won’t be going back they only got two stars because food came out QUICK
Service was fast and professional. The restaurant was clean and the food was excellent. Great prices too!
I'm giving them the benefit of doubt with 3 stars. The hostess was not very friendly. The waiter was ok but took orders from people that came in after us first. Then the food. My wife ordered the steak flautas and I ordered the beef speedy. Her steak was bland with no seasoning. Our rice was almost just plain rice. The taco was ok but not much flavor. The best thing on my plate was the sauce on the enchilada. The beef inside it tasted pretty bland as well. The price was good but the food was not. The place was absolutely packed so I'm guessing maybe they just had an off day.
My family has gotten food from this restaurant for the past 10+ years. I have so many memories of these delicious meals, specifically the renowned #51 Fajita Quesadilla, Chicken, fries instead of salad. Love the service, love the food. I live in Milly now at college but still will drive the hour just to have this mexican food. Best mexican place i’ve ever had!
They were spread a little thinly but provided a good experience. Food was prepared in a timely manner and was of their usual good quality. Despite the lack of full staff on the floor they performed admirably.
We ate here on a surprisingly packed Monday night. The salsa tasted great & even had a hint of heat to it unlike comparable restaurants. The chips weren't the best however.Biggest concern was the presentation. Sure, it's just a Mexican restaurant, but my kid's quesadilla had huge chunks of chicken in it that she wasn't able to bite into.I ordered the fajita nachos. Taste was good but again the chicken wasn't cut up. It is a FULL plate of food which means there wasn't really room to pull the chicken apart on my plate prior to eating it.
This is my husband's and my favorite Mexican restaurant. I didn't even care for restaurant style Mexican food until I tried El Charro. There are four or five locations, but out of the three that I've been to (Newnan and both Covington locations - are all multiple times) this is by far the best. Their food is awesome and they can get you in and out quickly enough that you can eat there on your lunch hour even on the busiest of days. They also do To Go orders if you're short on time or just want to take it home. The staff is awesome, especially the ones that have been there for years. The hardest part is deciding what delicious food you want to have.
The service SUCKED!!! Took an 8 year for her birthday, they wouldn’t even sing to her after we asked and he said they would. Had to ask 3 times for sour cream I ordered with my food. The waiter NEVER acknowledged us after we got our food, wouldn’t even make eye contact as he was continually walking by. Yes he is probably overworked but he completely ignored us. The food quality was below expectations. I have always enjoyed eating here but tonite has made me change my mind. Left with a very disappointed 8 year old and the man that checked us out didn’t even reply when we told him how disappointed we were.
