Always friendly and for the amount of customers at this location they're quick to get you on your way. They have an excellent more health conscious menu you wouldn't expect at a donut shop.Its clean and stocked. Now a regular stop for me.
Asked for the Mini plane bagels because I hate the everything ones even on my receipt it says playing but of course they gave me the everything bagel.It's 5:30 AM and 32ﾟ so all I wanted was a hot drink when I ordered my latte I always say hot hot because I want people to know I want the drink to be hot not warm but hot And of course this latte is merely lukewarm note to self don't stop here early in the morning even when you're the only customer your order still will not be right
Coffee isn’t always consistent and the drive thru service is super slow whether I’m first or last in line. The breakfast sandwich was good. This review is for all the local Dunkin’s.
You have the same chance of winning the lottery as them getting your coffee right.To clarify I have ordered that same drink 10 times over 2 months. Only one of these was right.
This location used to be awesome. The staff was so friendly and the drinks and food were great. I don't know what happened. Now they are always out of several things and you don't know until after you've waited in line for 30 + minutes. Last weekend will be the last time I go there unless something drastic changes. I had already waited in the drive thru line for maybe 35 minutes or so when I finally got up to the order board. I stated my order and was simply told "can't do it." No "I'm sorry", no "would you like something else".I honestly don't understand how this location is still open.
I went to drive thru and sat 20 minutes sitting at the speaker/intercom for my order to be taken. I ordered a pumpkin spice signature latte cold.. I got to the window and watched the employee stirring the drink and then he asked me if I wanted cold brew which I didn't order and is a totally different drink. Then I was about to be handed my order and it didn't have the toppings on it for the signature latte. I told them never mind and left. ? spent my entire lunch hour in drive thru.
Save yourself the trouble and go to the location on Eagle drive, especially if you have a dairy allergy or you're vegan. This location always tries to give me vitamin D milk when I ask for almond or other alternatives. They also just have zero consistency and make terrible drinks. The little girl at the window had her AirPods in talking on her cell phone the whole time.

LONGEST wait EVER‼️ You’d think they’d at least have the order right after waiting so long. NOPE! Then you have to wait an eternity longer for them to correct it. Wish I could give 0 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND‼️
This place is horrible for customer service. The manager was sitting here putting money on the drawer and didn't acknowledge us at all. The guy at the counter was short with is and not friendly at all. They could do so much better. And I count 7 people working, 2 are on break and the others are playing and talking with each other and I can see now why the line is always around the building. Whoever owns this place should do a secret shopper visit and see what is going on.
