If you want a place that shows you how to not to treat customers and how the manager leads by POOR STANDARDS... Please visit this location. I placed an order in the drive thru and when I paid I was asked to pull to the front door. There was no one in line nor inside so I figured this won't take but just a few mins as the omelet bits only take a few mins to prepare. I get them all the time. After waiting 12 mins I go inside to check an see why its taking so long. No seeing my order anywhere I stand there and wait for the other people to get their orders and see the girl that took my order. I ask her why it's taking so long for what small item I got. She is clueless, my order was supposedly made but no where to be found, a huge lack of communication between the entire team I said just give me my money back. It took the manage almost 10 mins to get me a refund and didn't even apologize for what happened. She even made another employee give me the receipt. All I can say is thank you for loosing my business. You lead by example and the sorry leadership shown to me this morning by this manager explains why their team at this location constantly fails for perform. It is sad that they will never learn how to properly care for a customer. This little girl had shown some of the worst customer service here. She should be demoted because all she is doing is dragging this company down. I am disgusted with this location and will no longer use DD.
Staff are always rude,drinks taste nasty,food is always cold and does not look right. I had to throw everything away and wasted 15 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is the third time our entire order was messed up. I will not be revisiting this site. Hot sandwiches were cold and missing what we ordered, staff was very nonchalant when brought to their attention and the wait time to fix their mistake was ridiculous. Ended up leaving without it being fixed because we were time constrained.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts known to man. Their staff does not know what they’re doing. I got stuck in the drive-through line for 35 minutes with three cars in front of me because you cannot get out of their drive-through line with how the building is. So when I finally got out and went inside they got mad and said they would get to me when they could because I got out of line.After being in that line for 35 minutes
Picked up a mobile order and they tried to send me on my way with just half of it. Hash browns tasted like freezer burned dirty dish water, glazed donuts had near to no glaze on them and they also tasted freezer burned. The frozen coffee is the only reason they're getting 2 stars
Very professional young lady that took our order and served me and my wife well ?give her and her shift a raise ?
This is the worst Dunkin donut I have ever experienced, on average you have long wait times. this morning i was the 3rd car in lline waited about 8 to 9 minutes, by the time I pulled off there were 10 cars behind me.
Doughnuts and drinks are always great! But sometimes their selections are lacking. But that might also be because I come by after 5pm.
The reason I'm giving it three stars, is because the cashiers are awesome. But, about the donuts. Now I know why my mother's always said that Krispy Kreme is the best. I ordered four different donuts. For me and my boyfriend to split, he decided he didn't want any. So I tried all of them. I took at least two bites of all of them, and every last one of them wasn't good, and was almost hard. Not to mention there's not much of a selection. A lot of people probably already know that. But at least not at this one. The convenience store located right next to it, I give it a four star. No complaints there
I LOVE this dunkin! Best service around , I literally pass a dunkin every single morning to get to this one !! Thank u guys for being here for us !
