One of my favorite places and this one is the best in town. Normally good service and correct orders.
9/10 my drinks are always on point. This morning I decided to get a refresher. Normally when I get refreshers from other locations they become watery halfway through. Not ever at this location. It was flavorful for the whole drink.
It was fine, the drinks were good but the food was cold and incorrect and the customer service could do with a smile but she wasn't rude so I do appreciate that.
I love going in here..its usually the same young man...and I get my order right and quickly...love the coffee..prices are much better than Starbucks...
Donuts were stale and a Carmel machiato coffee should taste like Carmel. The store is clean and the service was excellent.
Where do I begin. I'm just going to say pray they are staffed and that the donuts aren't stale.
Doughnuts are never fresh, always hard and coffee and lattes are always burnt. Workers are always rude at the drive thru. Don’t recommend this location. Newton plaza 278 does ways better than this place
I love my Dunkin, but they are very inconsistent with their drinks.
This is a great Dunkin Donuts with the best staff of young people working there whom always kind and courteous. The story is always clean and never any issues. Thank you for being there for me.
On two separate occasions I ordered a hot latte and each one of them were all iced instead..
