This was a remarkable team there today, there was a mixup in orders through no fault of theirs yet they did everything they could to quickly make four pizzas for an order. I really appreciated their effort and professionalism!
Would give zero stars if I could. According to the tracker they were “ checking Quality” for nearly an hr. I call them and they said the driver is out. When he comes back in 15-20 minutes, he will then take your order for delivery. What?!? If I had time for a 3 hr lunch I would have gone somewhere else! My husband decides to go and pick up the lunch. The food is barely warm! It has been cooked for over an hr! Sigh. Then the pasta dish has cheese at the bottom stick and this is what it looked like. Tasted worst than the 99 cent pizza at Kroger.
This location is racist and would not hire me because of my skin color.The manager told me she didn’t interview me (which she did) and I was unresponsive which was a complete lie . She told me she would hire me and gave me her point of contact after walking me through the steps to fill out the application properly. I also followed up with her (Nina) multiple times
Is not only this place, but also many other places around this area has the same customer service, just nasty all around, disrespectful at times.I've been and lived in many States, where you're used to the "hi, thanks for calling Dominos, waht can I do for you?" Here none of that, the lady literally said "what" to me after I said I wanted to place a to go order.After I placed the order there was silent for about 30 seconds, where I was shocked to hear the lady said "that would be $45" instead of the usual "one small cheese pizza and a coke, anything else I can do for you?". After I said thank you very much and again the lady just hung up on me without saying a word back. Instead of the " the order will be ready in about ** mins, thanks for ordering with us".A big go screw yourself and never come back is what I got from this place.But remember it is many places around d here, I wonder what Southern Hospitality really is sometimes. !! I Ordered A stuffed Crust Pizza and A Salad. When My Pizza Arrived The Delivery Man Told Me They Forgot The Salad So He Had To Go Back and Get It. He was Very Nice. After He Delivered The Salad My Pizza Was Pretty Cold and I Decided To Eat When I Noticed I Did NOT Receive A Stuffed Crust Pizza. I Am Disappointed. The Pizza Was good And Had Good Toppings But I Really Was Looking Forward To Eating Stuffed Crust Especially Since That's What I Paid Exta Money For. : ( I Hope They Start To Check Orders Better Then They Currently Are And That This Doesn't Happen To Anyone Else.
Omg, this is my 3rd time in 2 weeks getting an ugly and unappetizing looking pizza. Not to mention is was disgusting no sauce or flavor.Just at look at these bubbles. Trashed the entire pizza.??????????
Had an awesome exoerience with general manager at this location. Good looking out Nina your simply the best. U might of stole me from my goto papajohns with your super nice ways. Thankyou its tough to find nice people these days in a crazy world but I found a gem in this one. Your bosses should give you a big fat juicy raise. Plus the food was awesome. I might really have to say goodbye to papajohns im a heavy pizza eater for real. Thankyou nina again you ROCK
Very poor customer service. Woman makes pepperoni instead of pineapple, and shrugs her shoulders. ??♂️ Then they throw my remake pizza away because I went to Kroger to get my kids diapers. Terrible.
I ordered online in Covington 278 they lost my order but it was closing time so they wouldn’t still get my order bad business deal
How in the world does Covington domino’s and walnut grove dominos not deliver 6 miles to my home in hall park subdivision off of gum creek. It’s so easy especially from walnut grove. I swear this is so unreal I really don’t know what to say except they need to figure out how to deliver here . I’m sure there is plenty of homeowners that are waiting for that to happen. I guess there just not really looking at the actual map because if they did they would see what I’m upset about. It doesn’t get any easier.
