Barbecue Barbeque Chicken Wings

Pork, chicken and Turkey had no flavor. If they were smoked, you wouldn't know it. Mac & cheese was like boiled noodles with no cheese. Onion rings were very fat and greasy. They get 3 stars because the brisket, ribs and potato salad were pretty good and the stew was excellent.

Barbecue was dry we tried it three different times is always the same dry like it's been cooked a week before we bought it

Got takeaway meal on June 9th. Cost was $13.33 and I left a $3.00 tip for a total of $16.33 (more than 20%). Had to go online to check my checking account for another reason on June 13th, and discovered that Cowboys had hit my checking account for an additional $3.00 after I had left the restaurant!! Guess my first $3.00 tip wasn't enough. Having $3.00 stolen from me tells me all I need to know about this establishment, and how they value their customers...........you've been warned. Now I'll notify the other 70 families in my subdivision (located nearby) via our shared email addresses.

The chicken tenders were well cooked but omg actually moist, breaded very well, so yummy. The baked potatoes salad is just pure heaven. The bbq sandwich is 1000% better then zims skillets bbq (zims bbq is nasty and not as good as hyped up to be), pleasant atmosphere and clean

We were 4 people and ordered 5 different meats. Everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend going.

We really enjoyed the BBQ! The brisket had gotten good reviews, and we totally agree! The turkey and pork were also quite good. The “hot” sauce isn’t too hot. The Brunswick stew had a little heat to it, which is unusual, but I enjoyed it. Service was super friendly! The dining room is rather worn, even by BBQ standards, but we enjoyed our visit and would be happy to come again!

Got so lucky that we needed gas at this point and we were hungry. This place offers delicious BBQ that isn't just yummy but also plentiful, I was impressed with how much meat was on the burger! The BBQ itself is smokey and delicious but the mustard sauce took it to the next level. We took a chance and got the elephant ear fries and I'm just glad I live too far away to go to get them when I want or I would be 300#. They're divine!Service was also pleasant and quick! Thank you guys! I'll be back when I'm in town ❤️

I wish I didn’t feel the need to give this review. My parents live close to Cowboys BBQ and we have gotten carry out from there for years….1 lb of pulled pork with buns. Yesterday I was headed to their house for a visit and wanted to bring dinner. I called to order the above listed carry out meal and added a large order of onion rings. The food was pretty much awful! The onion rings were extra greasy, and had obviously been precooked and then dropped in hot oil to reheat them. The batter was almost burnt and tasted of old dirty cooking oil. The pulled pork was not fresh, seemed to have possibly been frozen and thawed? It was watery and a bit rubbery,… it had a strange, artificial-tasting smoky flavor. Again, we have loved their BBQ for years and I know times are tough for small businesses, but I wasted $24 and that’s frustrating because dinner was a big let down and times are tough for the consumer as well. I hope this family-owned business can pull through, but selling poor quality food isn’t the way to do it.

Everything was nasty and expensive. The ribs were tiny and burnt, the brisket was nothing but fat, and the Mac and cheese was literally buttered noodles. Tf?!I only gave 2 stars because the girl at the counter was nice enough.

Excellent service. Bbq is fair but doesn't come with enough sauce to cover the meat, sides are good, brunswick stew way to hot. (spicy)
