The lady who was at the drive thru window was fine. Very pleasant and friendly.The biscuits, okra and mashed potatoes were very good.Unfortunately, the chicken was almost inedible. It had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for some time.It was about 1pm on a Sunday so I assume they pre-cooked extra figuring they would have a crowd, but there were only 3 cars in line and practically nobody in the dining room (maybe it was closed?).That's the last two times that I've eaten there when the chicken was dried up.I called it "yard bird", in jest, but actually, it's not very funny.P.S. I don't think this place has been remodeled in 30 years.The exterior certainly looks that old. Not to mention the parking lot itself.If I owned this place, I'd definitely think about putting some money into it. Or just shut it down.
dont never eat here came today at 9 they had three dread head girls with no hair nets leaning on the counter when i drove up i dont judge so i didnt turn around i waited 20 mins to hear they didnt have several things on the menu and what makes it worst i ordered and paid next thing you know half of the items they charged me for they tried to suband the last staw they gave me the subs that i finally agreed to and the girl has the nerve to get mad when i ask for hot sause make me wait 10 mins just to say she didnt have none ???? dont eat here its kids on instagram playing on phones and just giving you anything after they charge u ..... some one needs corp
Waited in line forever. Chicken was over cooked. Got all the way home and was missing my 2 large sides of mashed potatoes & gravy & my gallon of tea. Slaw tasted spoiled so we didn't eat it. Called but didn't get an answer, so called the next morning & spoke to a manager named Pam, she told me the next time I was in that location to stop by & get a meal replacement. Sure hope it tastes like the Church's chicken use too!
It was an ok experience for me. I feel the employee's could of be more professional. I also notice dome of the staff's was wearing their masks below noses. The two mangers were cool.
This place needs some serious work. Between the speaker not functioning well, and the building looking ready to fall apart from dry rot, I would say that you should just go across the street to Popeyes. Biscuit was good, but otherwise the food was mediocre. Service was alright.
The employee at the window was exceptional friendly and helped with my order. I did have to wait 13minutes for my chicken breast to cook but then it was brought out to my car for me. Chicken was awesome!
Sat in drive thru for 33 minutes, there was only 2 car's in front of me. When I got to the window no one said hey how you doing or anything. I sat at the window another 10 minutes, while employees were standing up by the front counter, leaning and talking and one employee walked by and picked up something from where the food was and started eating it. No one had on gloves. Didn't say sorry about the wait or anything.
So I’m not to crazy about the distance…..wish one was in conyers BUT my experience today was the best. I came in to order a large family meal . In the mist of my order the card machine lost connection and was not allowing my payment to go through. Lucky I had some cash on hand. The employees that services me Ashanti B provided outstanding service despite my slight irritated and responses I gave her. She not only maintained her professionalism she managed to change energy from situation with her awesome personality and energy. She most definitely gave me a pleasant experience. If I could I would go to her on every visit.
My order was short my fried okra. I didn't find out about it it until I was home. I live to far to go back.The food I did recieve was veryTasty.I will buy here again, but check my order before I drive away.Good food, pleasant staff.
Worst experience ever!!!! Dreka had me sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. Every 5 minutes telling me to hold on. Nobody in front of me. After waiting so long I pull up to the drive though and asked name to write this review because she was too busy laughing and having personal conversations while I’m waiting at the drive thru. Worst customer service!!!
