Had lunch the other week and everything was hot, fresh and really good. Service was great and the restaurant was clean inside. No photos this time just had time to eat and run. Keep up the great service.

Horrible the young guy was so rude yelling across the restaurant to other people who weren’t even eating while taking my order. Gave me hot sauce vs salsa for my chips. Ordered double chicken and didn’t even get a double order of chicken. The manager on duty looked lost as well. Charge all this money and order wrong as well as poor customer service. Super irritated got all the way home and order was messed up.

I had the most unacceptable experience at this Chipotle location today. The young African American Female Staff member had a very nasty disposition. She pushed the lids to my bowls all the way down the counter face down. This came across as thoughtless, unprofessional, and unsanitary. Since my food will be covered with these lids. I had asked for the shredded cheese and she added very little. So I asked for a little more. I stayed calm and quiet through all her shenanigans. Then I asked for chips and a large queso, she felt it was ok to pour the queso from my cup onto another customer food, place a lid on the cup and placed it in my bag for me to purchase. This didn't sit well with me. I asked for a fresh cup of queso. She poured half a cup of a large queso. At this point I am over the shenanigans. I had purchased $34.19 worth of food. I pushed the food back on the counter and asked for my money back.I notice on my many visits to this store, customers are cheated out of there toppings. The Staff gives very little toppings so if you ask for more, then you are charged extra. This is bad business practices.P.S. I went to another Chipotle location and didn't have any issues with potion size and the Staff didn't have bad attitudes.

My daughter talked me into going here. I have never liked Chipotle but she and my grandson love it. They will definitely eat there again. Me....not so much.

This chipotle started off great but has quickly gone downhill. My last 3 visits have been horrible. Messy bowls, skimping on portions, forgetting to add ingredients. Orders not ready when promised. Hope they get their act together because they are about to lose alot of customers

For it to be a newer location, repeat customers must not be their thing. My family decided to use the online ordering system as a means of 'convenience ' Upon getting our order home we noticed that our serving portions were remarkablely small. Being pressed for time we let it slide the first time, Then there was today!Once again we ordered online and to my surprise I got even less steak in my bowl today.Upon returning to the location to complain I was met by the manager. I told her of my dilemma but instead of apologizing, she instead took my food and proceeded to move the food around with a napkin before cutting her eyes at me and walking away. She appeared a short time later with my order in hand and gave it to me again with no apology.I decided not to make a scene in the restaurant so I returned to my truck and opened the lid. There was so much lettuce on top that I couldn't properly check without messing up my intererior.Upon getting home I pulled back the lettuce revealing even less meat. Needless to say Chipotle has lost us as customers. Not only is this location more expensive than others, but their meat portions are lacking. For a bowl that cost almost $10, I literally got 10 pounds of rice and 7 pieces of steak.. Utterly ridiculous!

Love ❤️ it... Also, they use the yellow, red, and orange pepper's? , and red onions? in addition to the green pepper ?. It makes the fajita blend more tasty ?.

This place is amazing no joke! Very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the place is very clean, I definitely recommend this place!

First time into this location, second experience with the chain.Cons: There were trainees that were woefully unprepared for the volume of business, and who had, obviously, not been completely trained for the positions in which they were placed. I get that, but there was also no apparent supervision. Twice, an employee had to hunt down someone to help them. The menu was unclear in terms of pricing and portion sizing, I was charged for things I didn’t order, the chips were stale, and the queso was old, chunky, and seemed to have been re-conditioned, the black beans and refried beans had been help too long at too high a temp, and could have been used to spackle a wall, or lay a driveway. Our order was packaged as takeout, though we were dining in, which was acceptable in regards to just beginning to come out of a pandemic, but there were other customers eating on dine-in trays. Attempted (against my better judgment, but I’d already offered to bring my daughter lunch) to place a follow-up to-go order and was charged an extra $3 for guacamole I didn’t ask for, and didn’t get.Pros: The place was clean.I miss Burrito Loco and Moe’s.

I had a wonderful experience. I’m not sure about the negative reviews but Im noshing on my burrito with my dog and we’re good so far. I think it’s a decent restaurant and the employees are very polite and friendly. They actually got jokes, lol. They actually close at 10 on Fridays per their website. As for getting extra, given the supply chain issues right now, I think that’s more a business decision than it is anything else. Gotta make sure there’s products for the entire time the restaurant is open. Also be nice to the workers who do come to work. Everyone is short handed these days…Cheers!
