this is the sorriest excuse for meal presentation i have ever seen. just dump the fries on top of the entree like its a doggy bag??? pitiful
The wait was minimal for a Friday night. The waitress took our order of drinks, appetizer and main course. We noticed that people who were sat at tables after we were, got their main course before we did. I looked at the amount of time we had been seated. It had been 45 minutes. I said let's go. We told the person at the entrance that we wanted to pay for drinks and appetizer. The manager came and we told him the issue. He said he would make things right. He gave us complimentary meals. The manager was very courteous and polite. I thanked him and shook his hand. The food tasted good. I will probably return but a different waitress will be my choice.
Horrible! Last time I will waste money at this location. Ordered over $60 worth of food and the burger was overcooked so much my son wouldn't eat it. The fries were crunchy and old.. the boneless wings were over cooked and didn't have enough sauce.. they forgot the bread to go with our pasta.. they forgot salsa to go with the chips..This isn't the first time this Chili's has disappointed us, but I swear.. it's the last time. I won't even call the store to complain because they never do what they say they will.. "we'll refund your money" "we'll send you a gift card" nothing.. it's not worth it, save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!
my food was delicious or salad was good but you have to make the sure that the server who brings the soup, is hot because when the soup was brought out to my wife it wasn't hot at all. my quesadillas are delicious and Susan had the Margarita chicken with black beans. strawberry cheesecake is really good. a little slow on the service. overall a good experience.
Service is fairly quick to respond at this location. What I've noticed since my last review is the portions are smaller and the price is higher. Well....inflation right but why are portions smaller then if I'm paying the inflated cost. Tablespoon size brisket chunk in the brisket quesidilla was a let down. Overall, it's an average experience (3 stars) with a cost of $60 for 2 adults and 1 kid.
We ate here last Friday and the experience was terrible. We were seated at 6:45pm and promptly put our entree order in. Our food was not brought out till 8:30pm!! With 2 kids, we'd already waited so long, we hated to leave and start the process over again somewhere else. 4 out of 6 of the orders were wrong. Many of them cold. Don't waste your time.
first time here food was good not sure what is in that ranch but i need like a bucket of that its really good. margaritas stay on point deff coming back. will say when i went was about 1 before closing not alot of people if ur wondering bout the covid guidelines. not sure if they are following hem but when i last went wasnt but two parties there and they were on the other side of the building.
Food does not get much worse than this chilis! Bad food, served cold (its not supposed to be)! No clue how to cook or prepare it.Even tipped 15% in advance when i paid for my curbside pick up on line and they still cannot manage to get their basic job done!2nd time I was in the area for work and this will be my last staying in this area!
Food was ok. Ordered boneless BBQ wings and they were luke warm and tasteless. Fries were really hard, not crispy hard but like underdone hard. Waitress was ok but did not refills drinks or check on us. Overall, not tasty food and meh service. Save your money and go somewhere else.
