I was traveling from out of state and accidentally left my wallet in the restaurant. A few miles down the road I got a call from Susan S. (who had taken my breakfast order) that they’d hold it until I got back. The chicken minis were delicious (as always), but the staff truly made my day and I couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional kindness!
Ordered a 12 pc nugget to go. Got home and there's 10 nuggets and this piece of gristle.
Sat in drive thru for 20+ minutes at opening time. No one was outside to take orders, but there were at least about 8 people in the restaurant working. Lemonade was DISGUSTING. There was a ton of pulp in every sip, didn’t even finish it. Customer service was terrible.
Chick-fil-A always gives excellent and fast service. The only problem I think they need to resolve is there needs to be a large menu for drive thru costumers to see as they pull into the line so people can make choices prior to their order being taken so far up the line.
This Chick Fila charges you if you want extra Roasted salad peppers. Almost 5.00 for a small side salad and they charge extra for condiments! A large fry is skimpy. I’ll eat elsewhere!
This is for the owner of the 278 and brown bridge locations. Please take the time to train your outdoor drive thru staff on how to correctly enter orders into the system. Especially for substitutions. Im constantly getting my orders wrong at these locations. Your employees dont know how to enter custom orders that are available on the menu. If I ask for a cobb salad with no bacon and grilled chicken filet strips instead of the fried nuggets, your staff should not be giving me a regular cobb salad with bacon and fried nuggets in addition to a container of grilled chicken breast. It shouldn't be that hard. I have more examples but this is annoying.
Just heard about soups. Manager came to our table and gave us a small sample. They have always been friendly and business like. Love going.
This establishment is in fact pushing slim to one in the pushing p factor due to the fact of a Quiencnara taking up half of the parking lot with their rented limousine and half of the inside dining space whilst slowing down the speed of fast food making in the kitchen causing my order to take 20 min to made. It’s now been 30 minutes and they seem to have lost my order & are now making it for me. Very unprofessional.
Ordered online pickup in drive thru. I chose this location because it's next to an account I was at and about to drive an hour away. Location wasn't busy I sat in the right side speaker for almost 10 minutes as I watched 4 cars on the left go. So I pull up and let them know. I've waited 10 minutes. They say sorry and hand me my food. I ate in parking lot. My biscuit was hard almost burnt. I went into restaurant asking for a new biscuit they asked for mlthe burnt one back. Then they give me a new one. And the chicken is so small and thin. Worst chick FIL a I've ever gone to. I should have gotten my money back $10 down the drain. I'll never come back her it's awful
I never thought I'd be giving such a low rating to Chick Fil A. They obliterated our order from start to finish. Wrong food, wrong drinks, food missing. And this is not the first time. I'm just fed up with this location.Who feels like going BACK out after traveling to the store, waiting to place the order then waiting for the order then traveling back home.I literally received a sandwich with no chicken on it - just lettuce, tomato, a cold slab of cheese between two ice cold buns.
