Food always good, but always a long wait. I hear they're testing a lane for mobile orders. Hope it sticks, it's about time. It makes no sense to order ahead and then pull into a long drive up line to wait just like you're ordering then.
Normally good food and service. However Sometimes that have been rushing and forgot items here or there. My last visit though they gave burnt cookies. I immediately reported it through the app and they made it right
Lately they have not been paying attention to what people actually are ordering. It’s such an inconvenience to get home and find out they put the wrong items in the bag. Once you go back, they give you a hard time or attitude about the mistake THEY made. Ugh. You can say my pleasure and still have a negative attitude. Maybe management changed or something but it’s disappointing.
They truely don't care about their customers anymore, sad cause without the customers buying the meals, I don't think you be all that successful...so nomore going to this particular chick f la. Not the first time this place screwed up my meals.
Good food. Fast service. Only wished there was a place for preorders to pick up their food without having to wait in line. Don't recommend going inside because that negates the benefit of preordering when you have a car of children.
usually visit this place at least twice a week but after today NEVER again. ordered a number one and get home to enjoy it only to see that my sandwich was raw on the inside… i see why the ratings are so low the quality is slipping dramatically. only reason for the 2 star is because my kids and husbands food was okay.
The food was hot and the customer service friendly and great! The fries and nuggets seemed a bit overcooked but they weren't bad.After experiencing so many horrible Chick-Fil-As in GA, I was grateful for hot food and a friendly face!! I believe the young lady even said, "Have a Blessed Day..." something I have not heard from a Chick-Fil-A employee in Georgia... Ever!! Wow ?? Love it.
New to the area and this Chick-fil-A 5 mins from my home is so disappointing every time I visit this location. The spicy chicken sandwich is warm and so tiny and the middle is always mushy. Chick-fil-A please explain why my chicken seem like it’s for a biscuit at this location? The fries are warm due to being under the light but very soft. I get attitude at the window when I ask for fresh fries. I ask for them to be fresh when I place my order but when I get them they are so soft. I’ve tried this location several times and I’m never satisfied. I have to wait to go an hour away by my job to enjoy a regular sized hot spicy chicken sandwich and hot fresh fries.
The B rating totally makes sense. Most of the meal was unenjoyable. My order came out of the drive thru looking like this.
I placed a 100 $ order today including a 15 $ tip. I ordered 4 sandwiches , a 30 ct nugget , and2 fries . Along with other stuff . I received 0 sauces !!!!!!!! I called for the delivery driver to turn around ( chick-fil-a delivery driver ) and was told that they could not do that . Then when I explained that I wanted a refund ; they explained they would have to come back ti pick up the food . ??? What a trashy way to run such a good restaurant. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHIK FIL A . And I do A Lot of business here . Don’t trust a catering order . THEY WILL FORGET AND NOT MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER!!
