First off, you can't go inside. So because of this, you are forced to wait in their drive through for 30-45 minutes. Once you very clearly place your order, then confirm it, you have to sit even more time until you get to the window. You get to the window and they don't have your food ready yet, not even your drinks! You have to ask again for more condiments to go with your food before you go. So, after all this time waiting on barely warm food, you get home and realize that they put chicken, instead of fish, in your seafood platter. Why is your line so slow? Why is the food barely warm? Why can't you seem to get an order that was confirmed no less than THREE times right? Why is your dining room always closed? Is management so greedy to get that excess money that they will hire from the bottom of the barrel to avoid paying for good, qualified employees? Does management don't want to be bothered with cleaning a dining room so they fall back on the COVID excuse? COVID is not an excuse for such crappy service! There's a reason your ratings are so low. If you can't even make your customers happy anymore, maybe you should just consider closing like the Conyers store did.

pathetic excuse for a business! Covid is no excuse for your service to be this bad! Hire new help. hire new management. open your doors for your customers to come in. sitting in a drive through for 30 minutes and getting the wrong food. and can't go inside to fix it is unexceptable. your business has went to hell.

can not go inside period. and sit for 30 minutes. order fish. end up with chicken. and half your sides aren't even in your food. that is this visit. sat in line the other night 20 minutes to have them come out and say they are now closed at 7 on a Friday night because they don't have any workers this place has turned into the joke of Covington.

This is the worst place to come. I ordered online, they lock the doors so you have to go in drive thru just to sit for 40 minutes!!! Then act like you're inconveniencing them!! Get it together, fire these lazy blobs who sit at the window texting and do not care about customer service. (still sitting here at the window waiting on my order or I would rate the food) why didn't I get my money back ?

When I stopped in to buy dinner for the family to go the person at the register took my order and gave me my receipt. She took three more orders after mine. Then went to the kitchen to help the young man get all of the orders made and to the counter window. The only real thing they could accomplish was arguing with one another instead of getting the food prepared. They lady running the drive thru window had to fuss at them multiple times just to get the food to the window. I waited fifty five minutes for my order to be completed and given to me. Then when they finally got it prepared the orders were not completed in order the way they had been placed. Also, the food was not prepared properly, the grilled white fish was over cooked and burned. The fried okra dripping with oil, the baked potatoes were dark inside and out, and tasted bad not even edible. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had at this location and it doesn't make me want to come back. This trip was definitely a waste of my time and money.

It can't even be considered fast food. The food is fine but only go if you have 20+ minutes to waste sitting in line.

Do not stop! Keep moving! I almost pulled off after waiting 15 minutes in drive thru. All I ordered was a Kids Fish with strawberry drink, add 5 PC butterfly shrimp. Fish had no taste, bread was uncooked, shrimp wasn't cooked, hush puppies were old, and to top it off, my drink was a cup of yellow carbonated water. I also asked for tartar sauce. Where was it? I guess it was lite tartar sauce; so light that it wasn't there. CAPTAIN Ds no more.

This was my first time visiting this location, and I was NOT disappointed. The service was quick and the good was hot!

3 different visits all 3 bad service. the wait time is unbearable at this facility. please get new management or close this store. Im staying away from this restaurant for now

They gave me the wrong order but they did give me a free meal the next day, so I had to get something else that night because I am allergic to shrimp
