**workers putting fake 5 star reviews after seeing negative reviews do not trust this establishment** This BK is TRASH. They ignore customers and have workers handling food without gloves on— disgusting! Zero customer service. Yet they want $15 an hour and they can’t even do their easy job correctly! Health department needs to shut this place down. -100,000,000 stars

First time in Georgia and haven’t ate BK in years. Destiny was such a wonderful team member letting me know what’s the new and popular things on the menu. Thank you for making this a great experience. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks with the family. You rock destiny. Good job on keeping The inside looking very clean.

Just left drive thru. Wait was a bit long but well worth it because young lady taking the orders had excellent customer service. I've worked in customer service for over 30 years and she's great! Keep up the good work!

Passing through Georgia, I love stopping by this location staff always friendly, and greet me and my family when entering restaurant. Food always comes fresh. I can tell that the management and staff love what they do they always give me a reason to return.

The customer service was lacking in the 15 minutes it took to receive my order. The order was corrected when I reminded them of coffee. It appeared the was a new hire in training. The manager had to instruct the person how to make my order. The food had a good taste. Everyone was courteous. The men's room needs the floor cleaned as my shoes stuck to floor.

My sandwich was great, but they forgot the eggs in my daughter's bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Have also had issues here in the past where I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody took my order. Sub-par at best.

I see why they get low scores. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Entrance door was dirty, my 1st red flag. Yes they had drive up but I could see they were moving slow and a young man looked right at me, didn't say a word and went about his business to do something else. I won't accept low standards, lack of basic customer service skills. I left and won't go back again, ever. I blame management.
