Don't get me wrong the food is good. Well seasoned, generous portions, etc... But the price is ridiculous. Even with the complimentary ice cream.
I go there on the way to visiting relatives. I love the food. There are good low carb options.
Really good.. but the burritos should be juicier.. but the taste was great
For first timers when you go in there will paper menus and markes and you'll mark off what you'll what on your burrito or bowl then you'll had it to the cashier and they'll cash you out, it's a pretty chill place and the burritoes are bomb
This place used to be good, not anymore. The burritos are never consistent. It might be full of rice and a trace of other toppings or opposite, full of chicken and trace of other toppings. It is very frustrating because I get it to go. I have noticed that if you go in around 6-7 pm they have already begun their cleanup. I think you get whatever they are trying to get rid of for the night. I usually have to bag my own food. Idk, I always tip because restaurants have taken a big hit due to Covid but at least try. I think I am done with Bullritos. I just threw away the other half of my burrito because it was cold and terrible.
This used to be a great restaurant when it 1st opened. Tonight I went for the 1st time in 5 yrs. It was absolutely trash. I spent way too much money for my food to be wrong, no flavor, and tasted old. My family and I threw out our entire meal. I hate I drove 30 minutes for such terrible food. That only begins to describe the failure and uncleanliness of this restaurant. This is not Mexican food, stop calling it that!! Taco Bell has better food even on its worst day!!!
The customer service was great. If you like more traditional style Mexican food as opposed to Tex-Mex this is the best restaurant you will find that cooks in a hurry.
i love this place but recently the price on the burritos changed which has made me get it less. 5 stars on service, food and friendly-ness! not to mention the clean restroom!
Great flavor but you won’t find a “Rita” here despite them being mentioned on the door and online. Furthermore, steak burrito is 13 dollars, higher than any Mexican restaurant in town, left hungry, very little steak in burrito. Not comparable to chipotle, Qdoba, moes etc. Shame about portion and price because flavor was great and on par with Qdoba.
Food the first time was really good. I went a second time and my chicken was dry and hard to chew. They could give more chips with the nachos. Service was great though.
